Rubbish ordered large jacket when it came was tiny wdnot fit a 5 year old

I bought what was supposed to be a warm padded coat for £79. The quality was dreadful and the coat way too small, so had to return. I didn't do my research and found Oliver Harrison London are based in China!!! Found the address, no postcode, but my post office was able to find it. Weeks passed, didn't hear a thing. Couple of months passed so I emailed them. Was told it could be held a customs and to locate the parcel myself. Which I could not find. Lo and behold yesterday, my parcel has returned with 'unknown' ticked on a label. So I'm also out of pocket for £20 postage now!!! So all in all, £100 wasted. So I emailed them Monday, no reply.
These people are SCAMMERS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!! 🤬🤬 If I could give zero stars I would have!!!!

Long wait. Awful quality. Cheap and nasty material. Nothing like the pictures. Should have checked the reviews first.

This company is trading under different names on the 4th of October I ordered a winter coat, that I was charged £ 49.60 ,it was supposed to be delivered within four days i heard nothing for two weeks I emailed them, and they told me that the issue was with the delivery company, fast forward three weeks,i asked for a refund and they refused, so I contacted my bank, and within 3 days I had my money back...this happened under their other name HERMAN LONDON....But it the same people

Just repeating all the negative reviews: long delivery time from China. Company masquerading as a UK business (Liverpool). Very expensive to return items to China & no guarantee the reason will be accepted - you don’t need one if buying online; you are legally entitled to one. Cheap, inferior materials used. Pretty much what you’d expect coming from China. Another FB scam.

I bought a Joel Checked Hooded Jacket for £54.95. When it arrived I got a cheap imitation of the jacket that was advertised probably worth about £5. I contacted customer services who offered me a 20% refund. I grudgingly accepted the 20% as I’d have had to send it back to CHINA at my own expense to get a refund. The advert let you think the jacket is being sent from Liverpool, no mention of it coming from China. It’s a total disgrace the way the treat customers.

What a load of crap I ordered from a Liverpool firm. The item arrived from china, the bomber jacket arrived today it would not keep the cold out on a summers day in Egypt. What a load of crap.

t shirts ..spent £75 ..never received them ..sent 2 emails ..no reply ..total scam.

This site is a total scam. Ive ordered 2 pairs of shorts off here and have failed to turn up. The say they have been delivered but cant track a delivery destination. I have emailed the contact email several times and have yet to recieve a reply. Total scam do not order from them !

I think it's a scam using this firms name .I ordered two tracksuits off what was marketed as "Harrisons London"

The product was around 60 pounds. I recall it went through Google pay.

I have not received these goods and on the day it said they had arrived I was at home and they had indeed not arrived .

There is also no trace of payment with Google pay so it seems this was all part of their ability to take payment through what seems is a viable and secure method but clearly is not. Cant help but feel silly. Lesson learned never order off any Facebook ad link again!

Definitely a scam, ordered trainers, not arrived. Taken payment though. Site no longer exists!

I ordered two pairs of trainers from these lot . They’re not in London at all but somewhere in China . I got some sort of tracking for the order that said they had been delivered in Stockton on Tees . I live in Lancashire . They’re uncontactable . Total scam !!!

Bought a trainer from their website and never got it and it shows delivered to Gatwick when I live in Kent…it’s an utter scam…do not buy from these guys… I repeat they are scammers!!!.

Should have read the reviews I've emailed them 3 times without a reply, it says my trainers were delivered to Leicester England but I live in wales. One big lesson learned

Why does Facebook allow these scammers to place adverts on their site, disgraceful to let it happen and time it was stopped for good

I bought one pair of trousers but never arrived, they answer at the email like scam, always they ask the confirmation of address, even I did several times they continue to joke and never sent. I ask the refund but they refuse to do. Don't buy anything from there
