Ich muss sagen, dass das Essen wirklich in Ordnung war. Auch der Service war zufriedenstellend. Das einzige was mich sehr stark geärgert hat, ist die Größe des Nachtisches. Ich habe mir einen Schoko Brownie mit Vanille Eis gekauft. Doch die Portion war so groß, dass ich es mit einer anderen Person nicht geschafft habe alles aufzuessen. Ich finde diese unnötige Lebensmittelverschwendung wirklich unnötig. Insbesondere da es so einfach zu vermeiden wäre, wenn man dazuschreiben würde ab 2 Personen.

Hard Rock Old Park Lane London is the original and always busy. Full of old favourites and they are trying with new healthier options. The atmosphere is excited and fun. They have a kids menu but could be more helpful with the buggy storage - they have the room so maybe it is a security issue? This place is always buzzing and the queues are not getting shorter since WinterWonderland opened. Book for easygoing atmosphere and fast food with fun cocktails.

We went to HRC Valencia. We decided to first go to the rock shop. The shop was unattended. We had to wait for a long time before one of the employees was able to attend the shop. After that we had to wait again for an employee to bring us to our table. We finally got our table and once again we had to wait as nobody wanted to serve us. The waiter wasn't listening to our order and screwed up with the beverages. At some point we finally got our food and it was average. The food wasn't hot(temperature). There was a band playing. We thought live music at HRC would be really good. It was horrible. Just some school kids screaming. If you have items displayed of the best artists in the world, why do you hire a high school band who don't know how to sing or play an instrument? Card payments weren't possible that evening and staff decided to tip themselves by not giving the correct change. We have been to a lot of HRC around the world and this one in Spain was definitely the worst we have ever been to. Worst service ever and even for HRC expensive

Hard Rock København.
Det er en rodebutik, med en masse unge "smart i en fart" mennesker der forsøger at tale engelsk.
Havde bestilt bord til en Creedens Experence koncert, men blev henvist til et bord en etage over.
Efter nogen højlydt parlementering, kunne det pludselig godt lade sig gøre at få et bord bag en søjle, hvor man ikke kunne se noget.
En kvindelig dansktalende tjener kunne heldigvis godt se problemet, og vi ved fælles hjælp rokeret rundt på borde, tak for det.
Generelt er der ikke styr på noget som helst i den butik, selv om de tror de er oh så smarte.
Denne restaurant/cafe, mangler simpelthen en "voksen" til at styre butikken.

HR Sports Book is bs. I asked to remove several cards from my account. Told I had to have a reason. I said none of your business. It's NOT. They finally removed 2 after I fought them. The 3rd, they said I need to send ID and a Selfie. I'm done. I hate this pos MONOPLOY

DO NOT GO!!!!! Only nice thing is the exterior of the cafe and the lady with dark hair who took us to our table. The quality of service is shocking, really not good. It’s overpriced food and doesn’t taste like it. It’s nothing special. Save your money and go to McDonald’s

The meal was good. The staff seemed indifferent, which took away from the overall experience.

Waited 20 mins to be seated despite having a reservation. Then waited over 30 mins without being served, after which point my daughter (6) and I left: the manager came to confirm they didn’t care that we hadn’t been attend to, and the server was at pains to point out it wasn’t her station. Having read other reviews, this is clearly an ongoing issue for HRC Park Lane London, with hundreds of other folks experiencing similar terrible service. Just avoid!

Visited the day after an Iron Maiden gig. This finished it off nicely. We were there more or less for opening, so not really busy, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our waiter, Andy, was excellent. Told us all the usual stuff about the food/ drinks but also took his time to point out memorabilia that he thought would be of interest to us. He asked us about the gig and made us feel at home. The whole place was lovely, the food was very good and I tried my first Martini! 😁 Andy definitely made the whole experience complete with his banter. Of course we had to visit the shop after, which was also well run.Can't wait to go again

Hard Rock Amsterdam you are the best. Always such a great vibe, excellent service and delicious food. One of our fav places.

The food was great and the server was fantastic. We didn't want for anything because she was always there checking to see if me and my family had all we needed. Mari-Anne was a really attentive server, one of the best I've had serve me when dining out.

Sono stato a pranzo all'Hard Rock Cafè di Roma con la mia famiglia e, purtroppo, l'esperienza non è stata positiva. L'ultima volta che avevo pranzato in questo locale iconico risale a circa un paio di anni fa e tutto era andato per il meglio. In questa occasione, purtroppo, le cose non sono andate bene. Abbiamo mangiato hamburger con manzo e panino con pollo alla piastra, oltre alle patatine fritte come contorno: hamburger arrivato freddo e con un bun gommoso, mentre la carne di pollo è risultata un po' secca e stopposa. Le patatine, con la buccia, erano tuttavia ben cotte, anche se molto salate per i miei gusti. Inoltre, anche la salsa BBQ, chiesta a parte per condire le fries, non aveva un sapore accattivante e risultava molto più liquida del solito. Nel dubbio, dopo qualche assaggio l'abbiamo lasciata da parte. Insomma, una delusione che non rende merito nè alla storia e alla tradizione americana di questa catena nè al prezzo pagato, che è stato decisamente molto alto in rapporto alla qualità percepita del cibo. Peccato, perchè l'HRC di Roma non merita di far vivere ai propri consumatori esperienze così poco gratificanti.

We had a disappointing experience at Hard Rock Cafe Edinburgh. I had made a special request to congratulate my wife, but it was completely ignored, and the staff seemed indifferent.

The biggest issue was the misleading information from our waiter. We specifically asked if the Valentine’s special, Just the Two of Us, included two portions, and he assured us it did. In reality, we were served four portions and charged double the price. When we raised the concern, there was no effort to resolve it.

To top it off, a tip was automatically included in the bill, despite the poor service. Definitely not the experience we expected.

Jeg fik anbefalet at komme til Hard Rock Café, af min far og hans kæreste. Jeg havde glædet mig meget fordi jeg havde fået mange positive ting af vide omkring stedet, i de gamle dage var det super populært - alle de positive tanker kommer så til et drastisk stop da jeg kommer ind og der lugter af toilet kloak, den eneste positive ting omkring stedet, er musikken. Der lå rod over det hele, personale så ikke særlig glade ud og sad bare med deres telefoner og gjorde ikke så meget ud af det.

Kommer ikke igen. :)

My girlfriend’s son got food poisoned in Hard Rock Café Bali airport and spent 3 days in the hospital after that. We have proof from the laboratory it came from a bacteria only to be found in meat which he didn’t eat in the 9 days prior to the HRC visit where he ate a meat hamburger. This ruined our holiday and writing our experiences to the restaurant it was waved off, same happened when we wrote the headquarters. We weren’t the first persons food poisoned if you read the HRC reviews. This is the worst customer service we ever experienced!

Besøkte Hard Rock Cafe Gran Canaria (Playa del Ingles).
Spicy wings var tørr, seig og smakte syrlig (antar at det var for mye eddik). Ikke var det spicy heller.
Har besøkt kjeden over hele verden og sist i New York i April. Opplevelsen er som natt og dag i favør USA.
Cheese burger smakte som på en billigkjede og var kald da vi fikk den til bordet.

Dårligste oplevelse længe.
Vi havde inviteret vores børnebørn på Hard Rock, fordi de skulle have den oplevelse og stemning, som vi har haft, på andre Hard Rock cafeer rundt omkring i verden.
Stor var skuffelsen, da vi blev placeret på 1. sal i et sterilt lokale. Det var McDonalds, bare med lidt guitarer på væggen. Burgerne på McDonalds er dog betydeligt bedre end dem vi fik serveret her, fx en Messiburger, hvor kyllingen var tør og bare 2 stykker kylling klasket ovenpå hinanden.
Prisen er dog ikke McDonalds priser. Det vidste vi godt, men det ville vi godt betale hvis vi havde fået valuta for pengene.
Når de får 1 stjerne, er det fordi man ikke kan give mindre og vi kommer aldrig på Hard Rock cafe i København mere.
