This company is the worst company i have ever had the misfortune to deal with.They are an utter disgrace.
After ordering and paying for bulbs with a listed delivery time of 3 days i did not receive my order for almost 2 MONTHS...YES 2 MONTHS. By which time it was too late to ideally plant them up for this year.
They never answer the phone when you attempt to contact customer service and you are left with the only option of Email.However when using email you are unable to leave a message as their email account is flagged as being unable to receive emails on account of being full.
AVOID,AVOID,AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
Wish i had looked at their feedback before getting involved with them.NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Impossible to speak to a human
Impossible to speak to a human. Problem with delivery date was not resolved in satisfactory way.
B y the time I received the bulbs they were in awful condondition and I will be surprised if any survive.
Also instructions were all about autumn planting - not April.

Shambles
Ordered bluebell bulbs, from harding and bloom with delivery time of 3 days , after over a week I emailed them asking about my order and requesting a refund they replied saying to extreme levels of orders there was a delay with dispatching my order but it was now on its way and if I still wanted a refund then I should return the bulbs and when they received them they would then process the refund, another week passed i had still not received my order. I contacted them again via email to be told their computer systems has been down but it was now all up and running and my order would be dispatched ASAP (so someone is giving the wrong information, as I was told the previous week the order was in the post or could it be seen as something else)
Anyway 8 days after this the bulbs arrived, hence to say I will not be using this company again and would not recommend them at all

The order was nowhere near the delivery…
The order was nowhere near the delivery date specified when ordering. More like 3-4 weeks! And the seedlings ranged in sizes to very small so I’m waiting to see if they grow. I won’t be buying again.

I soak the ranunculus corms for few hours.
Planted them up without watering. Put them outside in a frost free place. Everyone has popped up. I’m delighted and looking forward to a great display.

I'm afraid my experience with Harding and Bloom wasn't great at all. The bulbs I ordered were really late (missing my friend's birthday by weeks) and I'm not certain about the quality of them either unfortunately - only one has made an appearance so far, planted in pots and borders.

Late Delivery, Very Poor Customer Service
Bulbs were due to be dispatched week commencing 23/03/2026 with delivery within a few days, but didn’t arrive until 16/04/2026 — over three weeks late.
As these are seasonal items, they are now no longer usable.
I contacted customer service multiple times and, while they acknowledged the delay, I only received repeated generic responses saying the issue was being “escalated” with no clear resolution or timeframe.
I am still waiting for confirmation of a refund.
Very disappointing experience and poor handling of a straightforward issue.

Easily the best I've used from online suppliers.
Ive used Harding and Bloom in preference to other suppliers and have found them to be really excellent. They go the extra mile with packaging and efficiency. Even if the plants have been delayed in the post, at no fault to Harding and Bloom, the plants come out healthy and still wet enough in the soil to keep them good. I haven't found any overly small specimens either that don't stand a chance in the post,they're all really good.

Terrible Experience
Despite an email saying order had been dispatched delivery of order was over a month late. Every-time I emailed I got the same generic email. My corms are now in the ground but will be over a month later than hoped coming up if they ever do. Will never use this company again. Extremely disappointed.
