A friend told me about EM beads as a natural tick repellent, and I had to give them a shot. I have a big fluffy dog and live in the US in an area with lots of deer, my back yard is pretty much a forest and we spend a lot of time there every day. I've been very concerned with the tick outbreak this year, for both my dog and myself, but in the past month since we started using it (I wear mine as an anklet haha) I did not see a single one!! I also use 100% natural spray called Cedarcide. I ordered a few so we have backup but one was missing so I wrote an email to the costumer service and they shipped the missing one for free! I tell everyone I know about these, whether they are dog owners or not.

What can I say about Harbour Hounds? Sarah is absolutely amazing and checks the order to make sure it is right before sending.
And the products, absolutely love the drying robes, I have two and ordered another one. They really do the job very well, the best drying robes I have used. The dogs look pretty smart in them too!!

Not only is the product excellent (tick off necklace), being effective and of good quality but the service is excellent. Nothing is too difficult and everything is done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!

Harbour Hounds were brilliant when I requested a return and refund for a product I had ordered and it was just a shame my dog was not keen on wearing a collar! I found no issue with the product itself. The process was very easy and the customer service was friendly and they made it all very easy to understand. The refund has been processed quickly without issue. I would happily use their products in the future.

I was looking for a robe for my jack Russel that can be hard to buy for shape wise but they were happy to let me try her in different sizes till I got the right one

So thrilled, my co-ordinating dog collar, lead and poo bag arrived today! Can’t wait to get it into that special Christmas stocking …. So many walks before then, what’s a girl to do? Sometimes a well packed parcel and speedy delivery pose a conundrum. Thanks Harbour Hounds!!

My dogs love their Harbour Hounds robes. They're really easy to slip on after a wet walk or swim and we use them regularly. Not only are they warm and comfy for a wet dog, they do a great job of reducing the wet patches on the couch while the dogs dry off.

These robes are terrific .They are hardwearing and super absorbent .They don't slip and have no velcro (which deteriorates over time ) My Flatcoated Retrievers love them .Easy to put on and they look super comfy .I would certainly recommend as a highly efficient product .

Bought mine at a dog show, I’ve only ever seen plain coloured ones before but the nautical stripes really caught my eye. I just chuck it in my bag for morning beach walks and when she comes out the sea I pop this on and she dries off while staying snuggly warm. We even keep it on when I go for coffee and everyone comments on how lovely it is.

I have found the quality of this product to be well above expectations, and you can really feel the longevity in the material. We use the robes at least twice a week, and they still look the same even after multiple washes. The service has always been spot on, any time I’ve had a question about sizing, I’ve received a clear and helpful reply straight away.
We use the robe after every beach/hiking with water involved. I pop it straight onto my standard poodle (who usually brings half the beach home in his hair!) and he’s instantly comfortable. He gets in the car, all the leftover sand stays contained in the robe, and when we get home I just slip it off, shake it outside, and there’s almost no sand in the house. It makes such a difference.
I also love using it while grooming, it’s perfect for towel drying and works beautifully alongside blow-drying his coat.
The colours are gorgeous, and I get sooo many compliments whenever he wears it. Stylish, super practical, and genuinely one of my favourite dog products ever.

Such a delightful shopping experience at the Harbour Hounds pop up at Weald & Downland Christmas Market this weekend. I came away with a bag of goodies for spoiling my dog this Xmas. Even bought another gorgeous dry robe for my mums dog. They are such great quality, no plastic and obviously comfortable that the dogs forget they have them on!

Fantastic service arrived earlier than expected.
Really great quality highly recommended.
Will get some more as they make great presents for Christmas.

I have purchased the dog robe towels and tick off necklaces. Both excellent products and look great. So nice to find a brand that fits well and is made with quality fabric. I have a spaniel and the robe once on doesn't move even if he is racing around.

Having stopped at the stall when visiting the NEC because the nautical look attracted me, I first said I did not want to buy anything, as we have everything we need for our dog.
The seller, who was the Owner of Harbour Hounds and has the gift of the gab, assured me how her products were so much better than others, were rated by all companies who sold them etc, in the end wore me down. The gowns looked very cute and who doesn't want to spoil their dog.
I have a tiny Toy Poodle so it was obvious which size I had to buy: a Small.
When I got home and tried in on him, the overall size was perfect, but it was too short in the back, and his tail was way short of the tail hole, so therefore unusable.
I contacted the company, who told me they have a no returns policy, to which I replied that should have been made clear when making a purchase. The Owner answered they are not obliged to do so.
After numerous emails to and fro, and the only item I would have exchanged the robe for to give as presents, was "out of stock", no further replies were given and a Returns Number, without which they do not accept returns, was not sent.
I am a very reluctant negative feedback giver, always preferring to sort things out privately rather than publicly, but this episode has left me very angry, and with a £30 product which is no good to anybody.

I purchased a robe, tried it on my dog, and it did not fit, I returned it, one because of the fit, and the quality of the towelling is not luxury, I was advised I was not eligible for a refund/exchange, as apparently the robe smelt of wet dog, which no way was my dog wet when tried on, I even sent a photo of my dog trying it on and it was obvious from the photo she was not wet!! it was returned back to me, on receipt of the returned robe myself and numerous people did the smell test, and everyone came back with the same answer, NEW TOWEL SMELL,not one whiff of dog!!I contacted the company and they still stood by there reason for not issuing a refund I wonder how many more people have had the same issue, I was then offered " as a good will gesture", that the robe would be donated to the RSPCA, and a voucher sent to me, the return would be again at my expense!!! so thats 1 delivery cost, and 2 x return cost . I am in no doubt that the robe would be re sold !! If you are buying a robe from this company, be aware that if goes anywhere near your dog, you wont be refunded.
My previous robe was from Ruff n Tumble , better quality, and better customer service, I will be ordering from them

Great ordering experience. Order was dispatched same day and delivered 2 days later. Very happy with product's look and quality. My dog now has a stylish, well-made towelling robe that dries her quickly and allows her to easily jump in and out of the car while wearing it (unlike her old one that was too low at the front and made her walk like she was wearing a tight pencil skirt!)
