I had the wrong size and they exchanged it, no problems!

I ordered my Ramallah shirt. I loved the quality of fabric and print. I’m extremely happy with my order. I will definitely order again. Additionally they have great customer service. Any issues or questions they get back promptly.

My experience has been prompt and helpful and when the garment was too big it was replaced without any issues.
I have now received the replacement which is as ordered.

I was made aware that Harainbow has used my Free Palestine Cat design on their T-shirts. Do not buy from them without checking the original source of designs.

After I placed my order I got scared reading the reviews...
But I did receive my order, and a quality of the T-shirts and the print are actually nice. And what is more important I received it in time and had a tracking number.
I don't know if the donation to Palestine is true or not though...

I ordered a Palestine T shirt and received a totally different T shirt which has nothing to do with Suppirting Palestine T shirt. Will not recommend this website to anyone. Unable to even contact them .

Much the same as a few others. Ordered before clocking the trust pilot reviews and other reviews warning off using them. Goods came no problem in 7 days and happy with the Tshirt. Can’t comment on origin of designs or what portion goes to charity. Ultimately if anything unscrupulous then that’s on owner, not well intended customers but can confirm you will actually receive your purchase, as this was my concern after reading most reviews.

Ordered before checking trust pilot and was expecting the worst. I was going to try and cancel but just kept my order in. It arrived within 2 weeks (as advertised) and the quality of the print is really high. It's printed on a comfort colors sweatshirt and honestly I'm pretty pleased with it. I didn't try to deal with customer service so can't comment on that side of things. Not sure I'd rush to order again but overall a fairly good experience.

The website said free shipping if you order two or more T-shirts but would not add the free shipping to the order. When I tried to contact the company the email address does not work. Came here to check reviews which have confirmed my suspicions that the site is scammy AF. Do best to avoid! Exploiting the suffering of Palestine is a pretty low business pitch.

This shop steal designs from others and sells them at a higher price.
They stole two Palestine designs and definitely stole other designs from other etsy shops.

Please don't buy from this bunch of scammers!
They are stealing other people's work and selling it as their own. Which makes it even more unlikely that they are donating to the PCRF.

Please do not support this shop. So far they have stolen 2 of my best selling designs from my independent Etsy shop. They steal the exact design and claim it as their own. I've also seen other Etsy shop designs on here that I know are stolen.

Ordered a Gulf of Mexico tshirt. Had no expectations as I hadn’t used this site. The shirt turned up about a week later, it was excellent quality, I’ve worn it every day. I was genuinely surprised how quickly it turned up. And the sizing was good. I’m a size 12 (Australia) but with size F boobs. I ordered a large. It’s generous. It would easily fit 14 or 16. I will order again!

This company has its return warehouse in China so you will not be able to return anything as too expensive / risky....email received from their customer service when I enquired about returning an item states 'Sorry, if you want to return it, it’s okay, but I really don’t recommend it, because our return warehouse is in China, you need to pay for the shipping fee, and the shipping fee will be expensive. Shipping may also take a little time. We can only refund you after we receive your returned package.
So, do you mind if you keep it and don't return it because we can refund you $5 to say we're sorry and send you a coupon for your next order?'. I will write off the money I spent and wanted to pass on my feedback so others know.

Poor quality and you can tell the design is not authentic

Placed an order and it didn't ship. The site claimed they would make a donation to Palestinian causes with the purchases. Looks like I was scammed.

They never got back to me when my order was lost, the email they provide kept bouncing back, so I tried one in their email. After more than a month the package arrived, but I never had a reply from the company.
