Happy Shuttle Cancun Omdömen

We only use Happy Shuttle for our yearly trips to Mexico. Even when the resort offers transportation, happy shuttle is our preference. No waiting, friendly staff, easy to find.

Super easy booking process. Easy to find our driver no wait time and a comfortable ride! Would book again

Our experience was "fine" - we ended up getting to our hotel safely. We had to wait in the shuttle waiting zone for almost 30 minutes, and the employees seemed to avoid us while we waited, vs giving us proactive updates. The driver was friendly and the van was clean. No extras - water, etc - to welcome you. I will probably go with a different company on my next trip to Cancun.

Happy Shuttle Cancun provided excellent service for our recent trip. Booking was easy. Finding the representative at the airport was easy. The driver was friendly and got us to the destination with any problems. Highly recommend their shuttle services to anyone looking for a seamless commute!

Excelente organización, los conductores muy amables y los vehiculos excelente por el precio. Es de las mejores opciones en relación calidad/precio

We always use Happy Shuttle. Have never had an issue. Always on time and ready. Have experienced great drivers and simple booking process. Have called them several times for things and you can actually talk to someone as well. We will only use Happy Shuttle.

Got picked up on time and it was a good ride and driver

Happy shuttle was friendly, helpful, professional both times we went to Cancun. They were also on time every time. Highly recommend

Reserved a private shuttle in advance and still waited over an hour for the driver to show up. Very disappointed with Happy Shuttle.

From the booking process to the travel reminders and confirming all of our travel information, this shuttle company was incredibly thorough and made everything so easy for two people visiting Cancun for the first time. The drivers were friendly, professional, and always on time. We felt completely taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be using this service again!!

Was 25 minutes late picking us up for flight home. Had to call and find out why

My flight was 4 hours delayed and i had to get to the ferry to cozumel before the last one. I told the attendant at the cancun airport that it was a rush, but they put other passengers ahead of us and our driver finally showed up 1 hour later. No sense of urgency. My family of 5 barely made it to our boat.

Happy shuttle will always be my goto for airport transportation. The service was excellent for both to and from the airport and the drivers rocked.

Driver on time. Courteous and friendly. Competitive pricing. We used last two years and completely satisfied.

Always clean, safe and reliably on-time. Makes moving around Cancun much less of a headache!

Don’t pay for the more expensive option. It is just a different vehicle. We thought it included alcohol. It was $100 more.
