Casino a fuir !!!! J'ai gagné un gain de 1500 € lors de mon retrait j'ai reçu un mail de confiscation de gains car violation des conditions de bonus. Alors que a aucun moment cela m'a été indiquer lors de mon dépôt et pas de mise de +4 € alors que encore une fois mes mises non jamais été refuser a +4 €. Donc vraiment casino a fuir de la pur arnaque !

Man bekommt von denen auf doof ein Einschreiben mit einem Nachentgelt von 1,55€ zugeschickt. Natürlich habe ich es angenommen da ich ja nicht wusste was es ist. Hätte ja wichtig sein können. Kein Absender. Und was war im Umschlag? Ein Flyer für irgendwelche Spiele. Kenne den Kack nicht und mag mein Geld sehr gerne auf meinem Konto.

J'avais un retrait de 700euros qu'ils m'ont annulé car je suis aller sur des jeux qu'ils disaient "interdit" comme le live casino et certaines machines a sous et dont je n'en était pas informé . Did deposit 200 euros on Saturday night. Won 650 euro and asked for withdrawal. After a time of waiting support told me that finance team does not work on weekends and withdrawal can take up to business 48hours to be processed. At Tuesday evening I got an email saying that because I played one of the 100 games they forbid if using the welcome bonus, my withdrawals are forfeit and the initial deposit refunded to site balance. What a joke. At that time I had 2 withdrawals ( 300 and 350 euro), support affirming they only cancelled the 300 one and 350 was cancelled by me. Joke of a site, joke of a support, fraud T&C's done to cheat the client. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Gros voleur pour 1 euro joué sans avoir gagné la parti sur un casino interdit dans leur condition , il mon annuler mon retrait de 800 euro et supprimer mes 340 euro restant sur mon compte joueur ainsi que bloqué le compte . Support weder per Chat noch per Mail erreichbar, dass Konto sollte von meiner Seite aus geschlossen werden doch keinerlei Reaktion folgte. Mehrfache Versuche den Support im Chat zu erreichen scheiterten. Auf mehrere Mails mit eindeutiger Aufforderung zur Schließung und Löschung des Kontos erfolgte auch keine Reaktion.
Das Casino ist ein reines Scam Casino ohne Sicherheit im Bezug auf Spielerkonten und Daten.
Einreichung einer Klage wird unsererseits erfolgen.

Hier wird bewusst abgezockt. Auszahlung bzw das Guthaben wurde einfach gelöscht mit der Aussage, man hätte gegen die Terms verstossen.... Nirgends gibt es einen Hinweis dazu.... scheint deren Masche zu sein...

Wird immer geworben mit umsatzfreiem Bonus und dann spielt man wohl ein Spiel und schwups sind die gewonnenen 500 eur wieder weg - anstatt die Spiele zu sperren oder Warnhinweise zu geben - unmöglich - hatte es neu ausprobiert, das war’s dann. Schade schade

Das Casino schickt mir weiter werbe sms, obwohl ich mehrfach mit stop geantwortet habe. Außerdem löschen sie meinen Account nicht.
