I would give 2 1/2 stars if I could. The driver was very friendly but could not read English road signs. Did not follow the speed limits, even when clear. Would try Happicab again but would cancel if it was the same driver.

Booked cab and pre paid but unfortunately I had to cancel, whilst I paid 36.10 for the trip I was refunded 31.10 so needless to say I won't use this service again

Prompt arrival and friendly driver.

We had a message to advise the taxi was on its way, turning up 5 minutes before the prescribed time. The drive was very polite helping load all the luggage and seeing us into his car. He was polite and engaged in a conversation on our journey. You could have a laugh with him.

From this and previse experiences this is the only taxi company we will ever use.

Very reliable and great service. Booked online, driver was outside my house early very efficient and polite. Will definitely booke again with Happicabs, thank you.

Accepted a booking on the app which was subsequently cancelled with less than 15 mins until the scheduled pick up time. Monies paid are now tied up for 7-10 days leaving me stranded without means to now get to my destination. Sadly this is not the first time this has happened.

My driver was Gregory. I’ve had him once before and I’m pleased to say two times in a row he has been outstanding. Lovely guy. Very chatty, polite and funny. He deserves a pay rise!! Would defo recommend as a driver! Keep up the good work Greg and thank you!!

I thought I would give your firm a second chance as I was given the £5 credit from the last time you left my daughter's standing in the rain for 15 minutes as you were late, so booked a cab to take my daughter's to school this morning.
I booked it for 8.20am the cab wasn't enroute until 8.18 and arrived at 8.34am. You left my daughter's waiting for you again panicking and late for school! We had no communication again regarding the lateness. I am disappointed that I trusted you to deliver a service and you failed for the second time.
One of my daughters is autistic and was frantically calling me whilst I was at work panicking that the cab wasn't there and they were late. This is not on at all.

Excellent service when I needed it. I was stranded at a station that doesn't have cab offices near by. Uber wasn't available. The last bus had already gone, even though google had said it would come. It was late at night. Their prices were the better than other companies.

I was able to pay on the link they sent via card. I was told the cab would come in 30 mins because of the location I was and the time of night. I asked if it was possible to get it sooner, as It was late and cold. The dispatcher explained why it would take long. someone had to come from the town I was going to, so it made sense.

To my great surprise they came even earlier. The kind driver had said he warmed up the car for me as he knew it would be cold. He had also said he came as quick as he would because he saw that he was picking a female that late at night. It just made my day to see the consideration.

I had been so upset with my journey, i hadn't planned to chat with the driver. His friendliness, courtesy and kind consideration meant I cooled down and we had a nice chat as he drove me home. And as a female, I felt safe the whole time. Even in his stories, I could tell he is a genuinely kind, helpful and selfless person.

I am so grateful for this kind of service because after the journey I had, I needed it. Thank you so much. I will definitely be using happicabs when i need to use a cab and I highly recommend them. Thank you once again

Our driver from Braintree train station to home on Friday 27th November was exceptional. He was there when the train pulled into the station and was extremely pleasant and polite. To add to this my husband left his hat in the taxi and the driver went out of his way to come back today and reunite it with him. We cannot recommend it higher. Thank you
