Friendly & very efficient staff
Friendly staff, smooth handovers when key people on leave, effective communication, prompt for viewing appointments. Very efficient management of the buying negotiations and liaison with solicitors and vendors.
The only suggestion we'd make is having more detailed information available at the time of viewing properties.

Astoundingly excellent. I have worked with some very poor estate and letting agents in the past and Hannels show themselves to be a cut above the rest.
