I reached out to Hannah Solicitors as I was selling a house in the UK from abroad and have no experience in the UK housing market. Hannah solicitors made it very easy, they explained all forms to me and always were available for questions.

These were our buyers chosen solicitors for conveyancing. FTB, no chain, no issues, the time taken to get to completion was 17 weeks. They started searches late, used a private search company which according to the council caused delays, drip fed documents to the buyer instead of everything to be reviewed together, asked for evidence that should've been requested wk 1 in wk 14, even the estate agent advised they are notoriously slow, the buyer was also frustrated. Whilst our conveyancer was delayed on a couple of occasions with documents having to be posted from our solicitor the main delay's were with Hannahs. Zero excuses this should NOT have taken 17 weeks, it caused a huge amount of unnecessary stress for all involved..

Had a great experience with this company while selling my property. Mohammad Shafi was very helpful and quick to reply to my queries. Look forward to working with them again as I build my property portfolio.
