We would have liked to see a photograph of the items packed into the hamper.but it was received very well, so it must have been a good hamper.
We saw the box delivered at the door which was a great idea.

Exceptional Customer Service
Great experience ordering from Handmade Hamper. Not only did we receive a lovely product, the customer service received from Kelly was fantastic. When there was a problem with our delivery, through no fault of their own, Kelly kept us fully informed about the issue & resolved it effectively. Will certainly recommend this Company to others & will definitely order from them again.

Many thanks for your recent review, your lovely comments are appreciated.
I have checked the tracking to see where we can improve and note the gift was requested for delivery on the 6th and a delivery attempt was made on the 6th by dpd. Unfortunately as the recipient was not home the driver chose to leave a 'sorry you were not home' card and retry the next available day. We did request the courier try a neighbour if they were home or to leave in your designated safe location but this is down to the driver on the day, if they feel the conditions are safe to do so im afraid.
We are please the recipient enjoyed the basket of treats when they arrived with her.

Very timely delivery. We ordered a hamper as a gift and it actually arrived early which was great as it meant they had it in time for the weekend. Very easy to order and the process was very quick and efficient.
