What an amazing place lady on the phone was fantastic and responded so quick . New set of keys out so quick and perfect from the image only . Didn’t know they existed so went to timpsons first and got quoted an arm and a leg.

Contacted by Supplier who apologised for the misunderstanding and have refunded my payment as they can't supply the appropriate keys👍

When we took over our current property last Nov, the previous owner left us in the position that we only had a window key that fitted two windows. Last week, I found Handles and Hinges. Listing their services, they mentioned that they can get me replacement keys by sending them a photo of the window handle. I sent them photos for five windows and, believe it or not, they instantly sent me an email with suggested keys for all the windows. One key was specific to two of the windows and worked like magic. They sent me three possible keys for the other windows and, again, one of them worked like magic. I have returned the two keys that did not work and they are going to send me two additional keys of the one that worked.
Imagine that - being able to identify a window key from looking at the handle; incredible. And such speedy service. Top marks from me.

I had lost my bedroom window key and was looking for a replacement. I came to Handles & Hingles and found an area on their website where you can upload a picture of the handle, and they will get back to you with the key it needs. It took no time for a reply, and I ordered the replacement. I was initially skeptical, but the key was delivered and it fits! brilliant service

As well as the products arriving promptly, well-packed and doing exactly what we wanted (replacement hinge parts for our letterbox) the information on the website was helpful and detailed so we could be confident that we were buying the right thing. This was important to us as we had never done this before.

Ordered two new UPVC door handles, exactly as described and fit exactly according to the measurements.

The only problem was that one of the handles came completely dented, but I asked for a replacement and it arrived 2 days later.

Couldn't ask for better service, would recommend.

I needed a replacement letter box for a upvc door which was almost 20 years old. I didn't realise there were so many different styles and sizes to choose from. However the web site was very clear about the dimensions of the products
The item arrived today and amazingly it was identical to the old one and so was a doddle to install.

I sent 2 photos of my 1980s window handle because I had lost the only key and there were no numbers on the handle. They identified the handle and sent me a key for a few pounds and it works fine. The response time from Donna was only a day too. Thanks very much indeed.

Not the world's biggest order but I had two PVCU handles fail within a few days of each other, so off to Google I went.
Handles and Hinges had the clearest website to navigate compared to the competitors and I was able to find and order what I needed.
Ordered on a Thursday evening and arrived three working days later so all good on the delivery front.

I ordered two patio door rollers.
They finally arrived by post office untracked mail. I noticed that the width adjusting pins were missing.
I phoned handles and hinges, to ask about the pins, the telephonist didn’t have a clue so she asked a so-called engineer for help, he spent a few minutes trying to convince me that ther is no such thing as an adjusting pin? Despite the parts list naming them!
I warn any future clients to beware of this company

What stands them high above some companies I have dealt with is the fast response to an email query which I had, resolved the issue I was having and then responded to a second query with speed and accuracy. When I moved into my property 7 years ago, the double glazing was old but in good condition, but had no window locks. I used this online service online by sending in a picture of the handle and they sent back a link to the appropriate key, which I ordered and it works! Really pleased to be able to finally secure my windows when i go on holiday!

Honestly I half assumed it wouldn’t work because the picture just looked like a generic window lock to me, so I don’t know how they knew which key would work but they knew. Really pleased to be able to open my window!

I’ve moved in December and was blessed with 1970s uvpc auto locking windows and went around the houses (literally, knocked on my neighbours begging for a key) but no joy. I tried many recommended ‘specialists’ - one even told me take the handles off and post them in!!! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Following a desperate a random google photo search, which took me to a recommendation on Reddit (of all places 👿) Donna replied before I even lost my phone for the 100th time. I placed an order for £10. My keys turned up yesterday and I finally slept with my window open!!!

Telephoned the company as there were too many variations on the website to establish which ones I needed. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful and between us located the correct ones . Returned my wrong ones and re ordered . The replacements came next day and my refund was sorted within 3 days . Perfect service ..

I needed window lock keys for my house as they weren't supplied when I moved in. I wasn't sure which key would be best so I emailed Handles & Hinges a picture of the lock handle and they replied the same day to say which key it would need. Ordered it, it arrived within days and is the correct key. Absolutely amazing personal service. I would recommend Handles & Hinges to anyone.
