Founded in 2018, Halocline is a British swimwear brand with a simple mission: to help more women find a swimsuit that truly fits. We believe that finding a swimsuit that feels comfortable and supportive shouldn't be a matter of luck. That's why we specialise in designing longer length swimsuits that provide extra body length where many women need it most, helping to create a more flattering, confidence-boosting fit. Our swimsuits are designed with an additional 5cm through the body compared with a standard swimsuit. This simple difference can make a remarkable improvement for women with a longer torso, a fuller mid-section, a longer rise or anyone who has experienced shoulder straps digging in or a swimsuit pulling uncomfortably upwards. We don't believe the answer is simply to size up. A larger size increases a swimsuit's width but doesn't provide the extra body length many women actually need. By designing specifically for body length, our swimwear delivers a better fit without compromising support or style. Every Halocline swimsuit is thoughtfully designed in Britain and combines flattering silhouettes with practical features that make swimming and relaxing by the water more enjoyable. Our latest collections are made using high-performance recycled fabrics, offering improved chlorine resistance, excellent shape retention and lasting support while helping to reduce environmental impact. Whether you're swimming lengths, enjoying a spa break, heading off on holiday or simply looking for a swimsuit that finally feels comfortable, our aim is to help you feel confident from the moment you put it on. We're a small, independent British business that takes pride in providing friendly, personal customer service. We carefully listen to customer feedback and continually refine our collections to create swimwear that fits better, lasts longer and helps more women enjoy their time in the water. Excellent Product Range and Quality

The range and quality of swimwear is excellent. I keep going back for more and wouldn't buy my swimsuits anywhere else now! The delivery is always super fast and the customer service was really good when I had to return and have an item replaced. I would definitely recommend

Great costumes

Great costumes, with a bit of extra support at the top! I love the option to have longer leg. Long-lasting despite frequent use in both sea and pool and very comfortable for long swims. Great customer service too!

Terrible customer service

Tried out one of their swimsuits, it let in water at the back and created drag, making it an unusable product. Wouldn’t provide me with a refund or product replacement with a better design because they didn’t consider it a ‘fault’, just blamed me and my swimming style. Waste of money and useless company.

We’re sorry you were disappointed with the swimsuit, which was purchased by someone else and given to you as a gift.

You told us that it fitted well, but that during butterfly stroke your shoulder movement caused the high-back design to move away from your back. This does not indicate a fault with the product; different swimsuit designs can behave differently depending on an individual’s body shape, movement and chosen stroke. We certainly did not blame you or criticise your swimming style.

As the swimsuit had been worn for a swimming session, we were unable to accept it for return. Used swimwear cannot be returned to stock or resold, and we must apply this policy consistently. Nevertheless, we acknowledged your experience and passed your comments about the back design to our product development team.

Halocline Has No Customer Service: Beware

Before reading this, the response I received from Halocline is, in my opinion, spurious simply because I took a screenshot of my first message to them on their website and I had a response in reply to this on 16 July, which is laid out in the second para below. So, my review remains unaltered.

You can always gauge a company by the way they treat their customers, or their customers to be. Halocline failed abysmally.

Having visited their website I had a question, so I contacted them through their online form with a detailed question. The reply I received a few days later asked me to click the link to give more information! There was no more information to give my question was detailed.

You have an idea of how they treat their customers by their response. They requested I click the link in their response, which may not work! I did click the link; it didn't work.

I decided to give them another chance and emailed them directly with a specific question. Suffice it to say, they did not bother to respond.

If a company treats potential customers in this way then you have no chance of getting any action should you purchase one of their products and you have a problem. So glad I did not waste my money with this company.
