Hale Pet Door Omdömen 

Not only is the Hale double-flat pet door the BEST way to give your pet freedom and still keep your home insulated, but the Hale company has been tops as far as customer service goes. They respond prompty to questions and make sure all of your questions and concerns are answered.

We had to have a custom sized door made to fit an opening that had been used with another brand of door. They got the size spot-on, and included all of the parts along with complete, step-by-step instructions for installation. When one of the flaps needed replacement after a couple of years due to a tear, they had my original order and quickly sent the perfectly sized replacement.

Great product - great company. That says it all.

I ordered the Giant Wall mounted dog door for my Rottweiler. The purchase was smooth, it arrived on time, customer service was excellent. They helped me figure out which size would be best for my BJ and it works, he is using it with no problems. I still need to install the carpet, but that's my project as I had the door installed professionally.

They installed my insert about 20 years ago, and it is still great. This was the first time I have replaced the flap. Granted it probably could have been done years ago, but I never thought to look on their site until now. It was easy to install and the videos online were very helpful. Thanks

Have had the double pet door for yes, it was installed right in the wall never had a problem with the door. I have several dogs so door is worked hard, The clear flaps wears out about every 18 months, but they are easy to replace. I'm sure with just one dog they would last for years. Very happy with the product.

This dog door is exactly what I wanted/needed. Very durable and fits the dog perfectly. Will definitely buy more products from them.

We have this dog door at our home and have bought a second one for our lake home. It is a quality product and blends in well in our home. It doesn't look tacky like some dog doors. It is very understated. It is worth the money.

Cutting the insert was the only problem. I ended up taking it to a local shop who finished up the metal cutting and charged nothing.

This is our second Hale pet door. Although not the least expensive, it certainly is the best. Excellent materials and construction with perfect fit are what lead me to this conclusion.
We have the medium size for our two Springers. When we moved to our new home, it was a few months until I replaced our all glass porch door with one that has space for a pet door. Now that it is in, I'm not sure who is most delighted, my wife and I or our two Springers.
The double door system is very effective in the winter keeping out the cold. The magnetic catches always secure the flaps perfectly after every entry or exit.

Cost is higher in beginning but the flaps lasted over 4 years. I've had doors in the past last less than 6 months. Replacement flaps was simple. We have three dogs going in and out all day. Great product!!

I have had this door from hale 15 years. Need to replace flaps every 4 years or so, I have a tall large size. 2 dogs 85lbs. lab and 40lbs. Mix. Would of gave 5 stars, flaps have a very strong odor. It's been a week and can still smell odor, hope it dissipate soon!

We love the large dog screen door. We were a little afraid that putting a dog door in the middle of a screen door would not work or hold up, but after two months of heavy use, it's doing just fine and have saved us countless trips t open the door.

The door is a quality item and installed easily in the basement walkout door.

Our Brittany had never used a pet door before. She quickly figured it out with encouragement and treats. We removed the training door after a week and repeated the encouragement and treats. She is now independent and hunting all day in our backyard while we are at work.

My son installed this without difficulty, used a pencil, drill, jigsaw, and screwdriver. So easy. When he pulled it out of the box, his first comment was "Wow, this isn't some cheap plastic thing." Very strong and good quality. My cat went thru it right away, Thanks for a well made quality door that I am not ashamed to have in my house.
