Over priced
Over priced. I thought I was buying the normal sized 14$ ones but was charged 14$ for the travel sizes. They came in the mail with price stickers for 8$ each.

Thanks for this Jessica. It's not possible globaly to find full retail sizes of KM for $14. The sticker on the bottle for $8 is our cost. Retail sizes range from $35-58 which is clearly described in our variant pricing directly associated to each product. Plus, we do not set the market price. This is set by Kevin Murphy the manufacturer.

It looked too good to be true
It looked too good to be true, pleasantly surprised on the value and fast shipping. I was finding it difficult to buy Kevin Murphy products that weren’t marked up too much online. Thank you having KM products at such a great price.

Excelent new Mary! Thank you!
Update: amazing customer support; Shampoo leaked during delivery :(
The shampoos were packed side ways and arrived and a significant amount had leaked inside the package. It was not damaged but appears the lid was not screwed on tight
Update: I'm so impressed. The company replied to this review almost instantly offering to send me the missing product! I'm so grateful for the excellent customer support after an unfortunate accident

Hi Annie. The description image and description with exception to one type-I on site as discussed was identical to what you received. I’m sorry you do not agree. Both sides of the story are not represented in your review. Your product was shipped quickly and as visually described. Thanks for the feedback however inaccurate star rating that represents what not sending product to you would accurately represent vs, a misinterpretation on your part.

Thank you for this Markie. I’m sorry to hear the pandemic has impacted you this way, however very happy to hear the Ethica shampoo and Conditioner has helped your hair recover! Tip: next order, adding Ethica Corrective Topical will increase the growth speed and treat your scalp so it stays healthy and supportive of your follicles.

Thanks for this Adrian. Unfortunately we have no record of an issue from you in our messages. Re., no phone number, it is listed in 2 places within our site. In the contact us section, directly below the electronic contact form, & in the FAQ section. In addition, there is a direct link in the “management team” section to the LinkedIn profiles which lists direct contact info for both owners of HCC.
