Amazing Experience
Genuinely shocked at how quick the water bottle arrived! I ordered a bottle as a gift which was also embossed with letters. I ordered on the Saturday and it was with me by Tuesday! So speedy! Lovely little note inside the package as well. Quality looking item and I'm sure my partner will be very happy with this!

Excellent product and service
Really pleased to have found such a unique item, which made an excellent gift, but was most impressed with the excellent service when enquiring about where the package was around the RM strikes. Excellent service all round and a great product, would definitely buy from this company again!

Easy to order, speedy delivery, nicely wrapped,
Impressive quality with a firm rubber surround a cute carrying strap and a crystal clear window on both sides. The shape is the game changer, it fits upright in my bag with my notes with no chance of rolling around, 100%leak proof. Its an ideal gift.

Great product - I have ordered several times as I am buying them as gifts for my family and friends! My original water bottle is still going strong and looks as good as new even after 2 years. Would highly recommend and the personalisation is such a nice touch.

Hi Amanda,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Your feedback is important and we rely on hearing from our customers to ensure we’re doing a great job.
As you shared in your review, we can imagine it was frustrating that your order did not arrive on time and for this, we do apologise. Our customers are the heart of our business and we strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Having looked into your case, we see the delivery company did have an issue with the delivery address which was then sorted, hence the delay. I can see that the parcel has now been successfully delivered. We understand you’re feeling disappointed about the delay.
Please know we’d like to make this right for you. We’ve sent you an email and if you’d like to chat further, we do hope you will give us another opportunity to earn your business.
Thank you, again, Amanda, for taking the time to share a review with us.
