bought gold for game. chose face to face and it was stated on web site 30 est.. waited at the correct place for delivery for 1 and a half hours. had to contact them to find out there is no stock. and what I payed for will not be delivered today... Fail.. should give your cust a correct time. if you have no stock you should let your cust know at time of purchase.

Started out great but in the end they are just a bunch of scammers...

i have had several transactions with this company. Initially they were prompt and accurate. last month, however, i did not receive all that i had ordered. I was given a run-around when i tried to resolve the issue. I did everything they requested yet they did not send my entire order after assuring me that they would. With confidence in their assurance i then placed another order for only two items which was filled to satisfaction. Still waiting for the one order to be completed. Once again, i placed an order for several items which after two days of waiting was told the order was cancelled. No notice, no explanation, nothing. When i again asked about the one order that was still not completed, i was sent a screen shot of a character in the mailbox window. Not proof by any means. My point is this. the item that i was shorted was not a big item. Instead of providing good customer service and sending what i was shorted, they argued the point. I was not trying to get something i did not pay for and resent having to beg for something that i did pay for. They lost a regular customer over this seemingly small issue. Still waiting for an explanation as to why my last order was cancelled without explanation.

It's been 12 days since they promised me a refund on my non-delivered purchase. They have not responded to emails that I have sent requesting an update. They're scamming people left and right. Well, I don't give away money so expect me to do everything I legally can to put these criminals out of business.

I tried to buy a product for $7,97 and they asked verification.
I'm not going to give out my ID which they can use for malicious practices for $7,97 this is ridicioulus!!!

I have been using there service for gear and gold for WoW off and on for a few years. It was a good service that was helpful and fairly quick but the last two orders I put in with them one did not show up at all and the other I got half of my order and there answer was we shipped it to you check your mail and then I was promptly ignored after I gave the reply that it was not there and was left sitting on there customer chat service for a bit more than 20 min before I said enough and just closed the chat window I wont be dealing with them again

Be careful if you're using their Alipay option! It transferred me to a foreign site that quickly changed to English. The pay didn't go through. I had to call my banker because my card was being declined. Come to find out, these guys tried to steal my card information! I thought it was just because I was purchasing from a different country, but nope. They straight up tried to steal my identity. DO NOT USE ALIPAY!!!

You read that right! I used to be a long time customer from another site which had way more expensive gold. Then today they didn't have stock the reason why i got to Guy4game.com. Way cheaper and Grace was very helpful, and I got the gold in less than 10 mins.

I had a issue where my gold was taken away, and I didn't know you were suppose to have a screenshot of the in-game mail of Blizzard saying they took away your gold. I talked to two different agents, trying to get help. One of which ignored me twice. Wasn't much help. I talked to Grace, explained my situation, and she was understanding and helped me get my gold back. I'm very pleased, and happy that my issue was solved. Grace is awesome sauce!
