I had a very disappointing experience with GunsBet.
From the beginning, there were promises of bonuses and offers that were not delivered as advertised. Some of the games were not working properly, and when it came to withdrawals, the process was either extremely difficult or not possible at all.
What made the situation worse was the lack of clear communication and the long delays in responses. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue amicably, I did not receive a clear or professional resolution.
Overall, this platform did not meet my expectations in terms of transparency, reliability, or customer support. I would advise others to be cautious.

Chatissa sai aivan paskaa palvelua jossa jaariteltiin samoja asioita eikä kiinnitetty huomiota kysymyksiin tai palautteeseen. 20€ sinne jäi mutta olisin ennemmin vaikka polttanut sen nuotiossa kun jättänyt näille ryssille! I want to like this place
I want to like this place, decent RTP and layout. However they quite openly display instant withdrawals on their homepage but in practice it takes usually at least a day if not longer. The staff fail to grasp the fact that despite the terms and conditions suggesting 48 hour processing time. Any advertising that offers promises of such things like instant withdrawals, generally by law must be adhered to. Clearly they are happy to rake in the business with the false promise of instant payouts, but in practice it’s all a fabrication. They are happy to help you through a complaint process. But that would only be because by the time the complaint is filed and reviewed days later, the withdrawal probably will have been completed and so there wouldn’t be much of a case. Despite that, they still maintain this practice of false advertising. Either their comprehension skills are non existent or they don’t care about false advertising.
Before you respond gunsbet, save yourself the effort of copy and pasting the same, “as per our terms” and “we are a licensed casino so we don’t break the law”

Casino itself is quite ok but I put 1 star because of the non respect of their T&C and delay in withdrawal, which is clearly not acceptable for online casino.
I request withdrawal 3 days ago and still did not get money. Ther T&C are clear « maximum 48hours » and when I ask the support, they keep telling they will do it asap …
I could change my note if it is sorted shortly and consider that as an isolated incident, but untill it’s not solved, my note will be 1.
