I had difficulty in accessing the Guitar Tricks App when I tried for the first time after registering with Guitar Tricks for Full Access. I sent a message to Guitar Tricks Customer Services requesting help to sort my problem.
Customer services quickly responded to my request and sorted the problem. Thank you so much.

GuitarTricks guided me through my first steps of learning the guitar. It motivated me to stay focused, helped me to have a consistent progress and aquire the necessary skills to become more confident and independent. The lessons are well structered and easy to follow. Reason I'm cancelling my subscribtion is mainly financial but I hope to get back soon.

I love the structured lessons. They really help me focus and keep on track. I'm just getting started with the platform but so far I'm impressed with the quality and expansive content. I'm looking forward to seeing my progress and using more of the other tools the program has to offer.

I am a beginner acoustic player. I signed up 1 year of full access lessons. I have just finished the first section of basic beginner lessons. Awesome.
My son saw my PC version of the lessons, and tried a free intermediate lesson from Anders. He was very impressed. So now he too is signed up for the 1 year 'free access' lessons - any of 25+ instructors. Great vids, shorty lessons. Lots of practical wisdom.

The lessons are great - well-structured and effective. And when needed, the customer service is also great - very prompt, and effective.

After comparing Guitar Tricks to other similar platforms targeting complete beginners, this platform is by far the best, structured approach for beginners as well as intermediate to advanced. Highly recommended.

I have been with Guitar Tricks for about three years and have always found them to be very helpful and responsive when I had a question. Their customer service is terrific and the lessons themselves are challenging and allow the student to improve at your own pace with continuously challenging exercises.

Ok , I was a member for many years, I have recently rejoined. Unfortunately, though there are still many elements that interest me, I don’t think the site has improved. There’s still a lot of stuff I d like to learn that isn’t included, also some of the techniques rely on certain tactile abilities, that not everyone possesses, I.e. hand size and flexibility. You don’t provide any alternative methods!

Simple the best website to learn guitar, any style. Rock, Blues, Country, Acoustic and more. You can take full courses, learn complete songs or work on technique. Comes complete with tabs and play along tracks. Customer service always responds fast if you have a question or concern, which are few and far between. Pricing is competitive. I recommend if your serious about learning, to give these guys a try. You won't regret it.

I've been with GuitarTricks for a couple weeks now. So, far it's a 5 star experience. But since it's only been a couple weeks, I'll give it a solid 4. I am a recovering drummer (pause for laughter) and have the rhythm thing down. I have been strumming a ukulele for a few years now and have an okay understanding of a fair amount of chords. I started guitar with a book and have learned the primary chords in the keys of G, C, D, A, and E. But when it got to beginning fingerstyle I became aware I needed help with an organized program. My son-in-law recommended Guitar Tricks. The first several segments of the beginner course were fairly easy, but even there I saw I'd developed some bad habits that needed correcting. When I hit the lesson on playing the melody of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star things got real! I very much like Anders Mouridsen's style of teaching. His delivery of the subject matter is nothing if not well thought. He's encouraging and at the same time he makes it clear that progress only comes from being diligent where practice is concerned; he's never heavy handed about it and he's always very positive. That's a hard combination to beat. Provided I stay the course, I can't imagine that I'm not going to greatly improve over the next year.

Great lessons and structure, but the app is a bit slow to load and update status sometimes which feels a bit clunky overall. No dealbreaker but could be better. Might be that it’s better via a web browser.

I keep emailing customer service ("Contact Us"). I can only use the app on my iPhone 25 Max Pro or my iPad Pro. When I try to log in on my Macbook Pro, I have to "Upgrade"!! ??? I'd like to use Guitar Tricks on a bigger screen, my Macbook Pro.
