I have used Griffin's several times over the last 12 months - the most recent in January 2025 - for selling a variety of antique / vintage items including medals, post cards, Meccano, clothes, jewellery, watches etc . Friendly, offer helpful and informed advice and generally the lots have got good prices. Recommended. And they have good parking!

Having bid on and won a group of antique ceramic tiles, the auction house packed and posted very quickly, very well packed and a very reasonable P&P charge, would thoroughly recommend this auction house

Friendly, helpful and very good to deal with. They were able to work with me to facilitate collection of a really large selection of won lots. Premises themselves are really easy to get too with ample parking / loading space.

Very good service and advice
I had a lot of paintings to sell but didn't want to sell them too cheaply so asked Patrick Collyer who is the senior valuer at Griffins, for advice. I ended up putting my paintings through Griffin's auctions and I am very pleased with the service so far. My paintings have sold for a very good price so I'm glad that I went there. Communication is also very good with Patrick too, I can send an email and get a reply back pretty quickly. I can recommend Griffin's auctions
