Don't bother great products but terrible delivery system never received after 3 weeks to be told its being sent back to them i have had to claim my money back from paypal as they take forever to get back to you AVOID AVOID buying direct from them as you wont get it i promise you it will end in just frustration

First time my order was refunded after 3 weeks because the parcel was blocked at the customs due to brexit.
Second time around, the parcel gets to the UK, after 2 weeks of no tracking updates is considered lost and then it magically appears to be returning to the sender.
In all of this, GSW has firstly asked me to keep checking the tracking and now taking time to reply about what to do next. Order done at end of January, it's March 5 and we're still in this situation.

Appalling.

I ordered a large amount of products from gsw paid a high price for postage to the uk after 2 weeks I asked gsw to see if they could find out where my parcel was they said it’s just a delay at uk customs be patient and it will be with you soon well after 4 weeks that had been there response to every enquiry as to where my parcel was even though dpd had told me that due to gsw filling out customs declaration improperly it had not cleared customs and would be returned to sender gsw were very unhelpful throughout the whole process and expected me to continually wait longer for my delivery even 4 weeks after placing my order I had to escalate this to PayPal to get my money back as gsw were not helpful with a resolution at all

Took a long time to arrive, like a looooong time. But I think that has much more to do with the crowd they send it through than them themselves, check out correo.es on trustpilot if you want a good laugh! Everything I wanted was there, good price, happy days!

I bought an order from greenstuffworld 2 weeks ago, I can see the money was immediately charged from my bank account, but the order has been flagged as "Failed Payment".
I have tried writing their support, but have yet to get an answer.
I don´t know if they are covid stressed or something, but I would hardly recommend buying from them at the moment.

Please greenstuffworld, if you are going to ignore my mail, either send the order or refund it.

Tiene algun producto bueno pero los hay iguales o mejores por menos dinero en otros sitios. Como escribas algo malo de algún producto en su página no lo van a publicar, así que no os fieis de las críticas que hay positivas porque las muy negativas no las publican. ¿Es eso manipulación? pues en mi opinión sí.

I paid for my order more than three months ago with fast delivery, but it still hasn't arrived. The seller wants me to wait further and does not return the money. I want to warn against shopping from this seller: you may not receive your order and lose money.

They have great looking products, but ive ordered twice and not received them.
Ordered once from Ebay, 30+ days and it never arrived. I was given a full refund in this case.
Ordered again, but from their store where I was given the option for a 5-7 day delivery time. I have just now been sent an email saying the delivery service sent it to the wrong address, so it is being sent back to them, before I can get sent another one. What is going on with this company?

J'avais quelques appréhensions avant de commander chez vous, pour je ne sais quel raison, il y avait des avis peu élogieux.
Et je ne suis pas déçu d'avoir commander, le SAV est super (même pendant le confinement les réponses étaient rapides et en français)et le temps de livraison très correct !
Maintenant parlons des produits car c'est quand même ça le gros du sujet. Ils sont excellents ! J'ai pris pas mal de set de peintures et franchement elles sont superbes. il faut un peu de temps pour s'habituer à la texture, elles sont plus liquides que "certaines" . Les crânes et les touffes d'herbes sont de qualités. Et tous les produits que j'ai testé.
Honnêtement rien à redire ! Un sans faute pour moi !

I purchased some materials via Ebay and after 2weeks I thought I'd contact them to find out where my stuff was. The reply I got was claiming that the low price paid for post and packaging meant that I would have to wait up to 30 days, this is complete rubbish, lower postage and from China and the same materials arrived with 10 days.
Having never received the goods and getting no joy from GSW I left negative feedback on Ebay but they had this removed. Their profile on Ebay is obviously a falsely boosted one. I found GSW to be rude and unhelpful and I am lucky my order was not bigger or I would have been greatly out of pocket waiting on refunds which they are dragging their heels about.
This is a company to avoid.

Usually GSW is on the level, they deliver quickly across Europe and their pricing seems fair, but I was surprised to find they routinely remove any negative feedbacks on eBay to maintain a 'trusted' status; this came up when I was unsatisfied with one of their namesake products and left a review to reflect this, which was promptly removed by GSW.

orderd for the first time from these guys and i still haven't received my package. the company they sent with does not recognise the tracking they provided and i have sent 3 emails to ask why and what is going on with my order. they have not replied at all.

Edit: I finally got my order, the paints were all gammey and the flocking looked like grey nasal trimmings (was supposed to be brown).
when i talked to them about it they treated me as if i was a complete moron (telling me paint looks different depending on the light) as if i were blind and couldn't see for myself, they told me i need to shake the paint (again i know i have common sence) and also admited they could see the flocking was grey not brown as advertised.
i asked for a refund and to return the dodgey products....they said no....
and i quote "its not worth it for us to do refund returns".

so i am now left with £100 worth of reject line crap.
Do Not buy from these guys.....if you are unhappy tough cookies because they already got your money.

Terrible customer service and delivery times. I placed an order where I paid extra for fast delivery (5-6 working days). When 6 working days had passed I had still not received my order and proceeded to contact customer service. The answer I got was that my order was on its way and was still "on time", and the reason they deemed it to be still on time is because it had not gone 6 working days since they SENT the order, and thus I would not receive a refund for the extra amount i paid for the so called fast delivery. Note that all products on my order were in stock and available for delivery. It took them 3 days (!) to process and send the order, and they do not count that time when they specify the delivery time, so when they offer express delivery for a higher price the express delivery only refers to delivery time after the order has been sent!? This has to be the dumbest thing I have ever heard of, according to them you can literally pay extra for an order to get a faster delivery but they can wait however long they want to before they actually send the order.I would strongly recommend anyone even glancing at the option of paying extra for faster delivery to think again.

Their products are cool but I will never order directly from them again.

This company came out of nowhere, a few years ago (as of the time of this writing), but they came like a Khorne Berzerker on a rampage! From the moment they started out, to even now, and the foreseeable future, they've been fierce and relentless with how awesome they are. I can't rave enough about how great their service is, their ever-increasing product lines are just awesome, and even their prices are fantastic. Heck, even their shipping times are great! Though they're based in Spain, don't let that hold you back. Green Stuff World should 100% be your first stop, every time you are on the hunt for hobby supplies for building and painting scale models, miniatures, even railroad. They even have loads of items to help you with working on cosplay stuff! I've dealt with them for years now, and see no reason to stop any time soon. GSW is grade-a top-notch all the way. TEN THUMBS UP!!!
