It has been a pleasure from start to finish buying from Greenhouse Stores. Really efficient and friendly service and really quick delivery. Their customer service is exemplary. I definitely recommend them and will definitely be going to back to them in the future. If only every company was this good life would be so much nicer.......

Very helpful service, were good when I had to change the size of the one I had originally ordered. Were able to fit it when I was out without problems. Greenhouse is nice and sturdy and looks lovely in my new garden.

Bought a small greenhouse. Only problem was with the courier as it goes on weight. Arrived in 5 days and easy to put together with very clear instructions. Great product and now looking forward to a lot of home grown salad and vegetables!! Would recommend Greenhouse Stores.

Initially I thought things would be alright. The delivery company missed one box which was delivered a week later. Checking is a bit of a pain as the bits were spread through numerous bundles. They seem to have a standard package for the smallest greenhouse and then add bits in in various parcels for larger sizes which mine is.Having made the front and door end I initially thought that bits were missing as I had misinterpreted the pictures in the instruction booklet. I wrote to Juliana.com and they called me the next day to say they realised I had some confusion. After talking things over and them sending me a clarification picture I found I did in fact have all the right bits. This is real customer service. Well done Rachel.

Well worth the wait!!
I've just put together an Eliet 6x8 greenhouse.
We had to wait a while for it to be delivered I've spent the last 3 day's assembling it, I cannot fault the quality all round. The instructions for assembly were good but there are clips on YouTube which were brilliant. Very pleased.

I would not go near this company. For a start, 27% of reviews are bad. Secondly, the good reviews are highly dodgy - they don't sound (or look) like UK greenhouse owners! The language is all wrong...Plantations? Heatwave in February this year? growing roses in the greenhouse? 'I don't have to be hyper concerned about any harsh weather now as my exotic flower plantation is safe'??? I mean, who says that?! They say the reviews on their own website are from 'reviews.co.uk' - which is registered in India. See recent reviews below on this site, there is a theme....the positive reviews have American-style language/spelling (backyard, neighbors, in the fall), wrong seasons, wrong plants and peppered with niche technical details about the greenhouse they supposedly have bought.

Having purchased on line a greenhouse from Greenhouse Stores I have had nothing but trouble with it.
A metal poor Quality Chinese manufactured item.
Difficult to put up and absoluty not fit for purpose.
Even there own recommended fitter couldn't make it hold together. it is rubbish.

do not expect any support if you complain you will be fobbed off and Mislead. Do not buy from this company
they are useless.

Had our greenhouse erected and installed yesterday (Swallow Mallard 8'X19'). Two wonderful chaps worked non stop from 0800hrs to 1600hrs, leaving us with a really wonderful greenhouse. Both workers were obviously familiar with the product, pleasant, friendly and professional. The product was indeed excellent value for money and we look forward to start growing as spring approaches. I bought a swallow kingfisher combination greenhouse - potting shed. It was delivered early -by 10 minutes to 8 in the morning. Would like to thank the 2 man team for delivery and construction. The greenhouse was a great investment, there will be many vegetables grown in it. The customer care were excellent.

Ordered outdoor storage, website states delivery within 30 days, this is not correct as I am still waiting. Customer service experience is appalling and downright rude/no customer care once they have your money. When I sent emails to politely follow up on my order, I was given excuses. Still no further updates. I should have ordered elsewhere however if they do not deliver within the next week, I.will report them.to trading standards in addition to getting my money back. On my last email I was told they will get delivery department to contact me with a date, absolutely nothing received.

ordered greenhouse as stated as in stock and 5/7 days delivery, received text next day from manufacturer that order had been received and further message would be sent when dispatched. 3 weeks later no message and no response to emails or calls to Greenhouse stores. Phoned Manufacturer (Palram) who said order should not have been taken as item is out of stock and has been for months, apparently Greenhouse stores are renowned for taking payment for items they do not have in stock and then blame supplier for issues. still unable to contact Greenhouse stores but credit to Palram who have offered discount on accessories as compensation as soon as stock is renewed which is in about 2/3 weeks.

To start with I was very happy with my dealings with this company. Greenhouse arrived promptly with 2 things missing. I spoke to Ian and decided to cancel one of the missing parts and he processed a refund. 2 weeks later the refund hadn't appeared so I again contacted Ian who reiterated it had been processed. I decided to call and talk to him about it and also ask if he knew when the other missing part was likely to be delivered. What happened next I still can't quite believe. The phone was answered by Matt and when I explained why I was ringing he became extremely aggressive telling me they'd already told me that they'd processed it and i was being passive aggressive and talking over him. He ranted on and although I tried to explain I was only trying to talk to him he slammed the phone down! I called back and when I asked if it was him who slammed the phone down he said no my name is Matthew. He then started his very aggressive rant again and when I asked if I could speak to someone else he said no and slammed the phone down again!
