Graham's Family Dairy Omdömen 

After years of being the tastiest milk, the quality has become so bad I will never spend a penny on them again. Gold smooth milk tasted funky just after delivery and has given me stomach issues multiple times before that. When trying to bring this up to their customer service, I get nothing! Horrible company and products.

Purchased 2l of organic whole milk in Tesco. During pouring it came out watery and almost greenish looking, like skimmed milk. Don't know whether it's been mislabelled or diluted. This, in combination with purchasing sour-tasting milk from them (well within use by date) a couple of times from my local shop a few years ago, is putting me off further purchases from this company.

Appalling customer service. No milk arrived, no contact number, no reply to complaints, senior management don’t reply to emails, they cancelled my account with any communication and then invoiced for a milk that was never even requested.

Poor customer service, no reply to emails, unreliable deliveries, items not available even though advertised on the website. Not worth the hassle.

Milk goes off way before sell by date, cartons are always swollen looking and are prone to leaking, for example I bought a carton yesterday, the sell by date was 28/08/22, I bought it on 19/08/22 and the next day after a ruined cup of coffee realised it was off!! and realised that's why I have a sore gut now,so i poured it into a glass for inspection, it had yellow tinge and was bitty, absolutely dusgusting, people's kids are using this for breakfast man!! thanks Grahams.

New cardboard cartons are great but when you buy a carton that has over a week left on its date fresh on the shelf in the store and smelled like a yogurt when opened. Great

Recently their Gold Top Smooth has gone sour well before the use by date in spite of being kept in the fridge. I have emailed Grahams twice but they don't even have the courtesy to reply.
I would avoid their products.

Great taste, reasonable price, drinking for few days and feeling great!

The milk tastes like it started going off I’ve tried a few times recently it’s bad so I will not be buying it again I avoid the spar shop that only selling this milk it’s not cheap eather shocking bad taste 🤢

I have just tried the kefir passion fruit, mango and papaya, so delicious and I'm extremely fussy. Can't wait to try the other flavours.

Twice I've had food poisoning from using there milk, goes off before use by date, complained to the retailer who said Graham's delivers middle of the night and milk is left outside unchilled, reported to council, avoid avoid avoid

So disappointed that the passion fruit,mango and papaya kefir has such high content of sugar and on reading the list of ingredients it has corn flour, safflower, and sugar. Why do u need sugar when the fruits are so sweet already.

I was really pleased when i knew that graham's were doing doorstep deliveries, however as time went on, the deliveries were increasingly unreliable and on one occasion, the delivery was replaced with plastic (which is wanted to avoid). I've moved over to another local dairy for doorstep deliveries and they haven't let me down.

Was really pleased when Graham’s started doing home delivery in my area (Inverness) but very disappointed with experience. Deliveries were very unreliable, items were frequently out of stock and it was difficult to keep track of how bills related to orders. Finally gave up on them after another failed delivery and cancelled my account. Just looked my bank account and discovered that they’ve taken another three payments since then! Tried to call but nobody’s answering the phone. Nice idea but hopeless service.

Milk from farmers unlike mcqueens dairies so good on you

Have been using for years, tasted best in store.
Last week received bottle with broken seal, this week milk frothed up when I shook the bottle and went into gloopy mess when poured into coffee.
Spooned it out and set into cookie like solid. Tasted disgusting.
What has gone wrong?

Signed up for their doorstep delivery service this year in the Inverness area and after a good start service has become woeful. Ordered glass bottled milk to try and reduce plastic waste even with prices being twice that from the shop 2mins away. Deliveries have become inconsistent, some days not even making it, some days plastic bottles supplied, some days 1 pint instead of the 3 ordered. Raised with customer service and despite assurances that invoicing would mirror actual deliveries I was still continually charged for the delivery I was not receiving. Gave them enough chances to improve to then be told they were increasing prices. - Cancelled and will revert back to getting milk from local shop in plastic bottles!!

Previous two+ years I was buying exclusively Graham's Gold Smooth milk from Asda or Sainsbury's. That use to be the greatest tastiest milk you probably could find at supermarket shelves and at milkman. I spent a time trying different makes and brands of milk to make yougurts and kefir cultures to produce nice results. So I know what I say.
Regularly were purchased 5-7 bottles for a week for home made Bulgarian yogurt and Kefir. The results were always perfect, nice smooth yogurts and tasty milky-smell kefir. Unfortunately until last few weeks. Milk used to be smooth golden in colour sweet tasted, but not anymore. My yogurts became flat pale jellies without smooth consistent with awful taste, the kefir became smelly, disgusting pale taste and after two weeks of terrible quality milk the kefir culture suddenly died despite previously was working and growing every 24h for more than two years. That changes in the milk quality just came out of the blue. Unfortunately, now, after my last week purchase of 5 litres that ruined second week in the line the yogurts and kefir and my family's habitual diet, you lost regular customer of your product forever due the quality issues. I am actively looking for an alternative replacement of Graham's God Smooth milk, the quality so shamefully deteriorated.

I would not buy Graham's dairy products and would not reccomend to anyone.
