Brassware excellent, delay in delivery not so good.
The quality of the brassware was excellent, when it arrived. My only issue was the length of time it took, 12 days to come, I contacted the company twice and explained I had the carpenter coming on the 9th and he needed the hardware for the front door, I was assured it would be with me on the 10th, it didnt arrive and there was no contact from the company explaining why. I contacted again and received an email apologising, saying that they were undertaking work in their warehouse, which was causing delays. If I had been informed of this before I ordered and then kept in the loop about my delivery without me constantly chasing them, I could have organised my tradesman accordingly. But as I said earlier the brassware was excellent quality, just what I was looking for.

Door Furniture
Helpful on the phone and we were ordering from the Midlands some door furniture. Had to make adjustments to the door for the letter box, but looks good and the door handles.

Helped a Northern Irish woman out BIGTIME!!!
i'm based in Northern Ireland and the gentleman who works in store took 3 or 4 calls from answering my questions and giving me advice. I knew what handles I liked buy didn't know what all i needed in terms of hinges. He litetally sorted my whole order and also give me reassured me on my colour choice for my door. Delivery was also actually quicker than of I had bought the handles in my own country.
And the beautiful range of style of handles, knockers and letter boxes speak for themselves.

Coat hooks came snapped
* excellent customer service* grace and glory reached out and offered a replacement, nice to see they operate a good customer service team. Local delivery company not great! (Coat hooks came snapped, supposedly to return this item you have to repackage in the original packaging, which is tatty bubble wrap. Do not order from this website. £70 down the toilet. )

What a fabulous company with the most beautiful well made products. The door pull and knocker I ordered are stunning and will make my front door stand out from the rest. The customer service is great and helped me out with my order as I choose the wrong colour. Will defintley recommend this business.
