checkout process doesnt disclose hidden fees, and fails to list out line items that add up to the grand total
only the confirmation email reveals a line item "taxes and fees" which lists taxes AND grabull fees together in an attempt to obscure the fee amount.
This is deliberately deceptive, and should be illegal

GRABULL steals money
GRABULL steals money. 9/3/2023 I was overcharged by GRABULL. I called 9/4/2023 GRABULL and spoke to a lady, she sounds Asian, told me that she will be refunding back the money that they overcharged me. Her reason is because she has problems, which is not my problem. Waiting for her to refund the money back to my account.

Delivery was fast. Order was correct. Was called immediately after placing order to inform me that my drink was out of stock and asked if a substitution was ok (it was).

I was overcharged. I sent and email with proof of overage, to info grabull’s email on 8/12/23 and have not yet heard back from the company. I also called grabull but was only given a partial reimbursement due to the agent not being able to see the charge.

My wife ordered from Giovanni's in Haverhill and somehow she got directed to your site and placed an order not knowing she wasn't speaking to a Giovanni's employee. She left a tip to, for what, I don't think she knew. I called to refund my tip. Why you people exist to place orders for people who can place them themselves is beyond my understanding. I wish you would not use other business sites to trick people into ordering with you.
Took my money, never delivered my food, never contacted me, then lied about trying to contact me
Grabull let me place the order on their site and charged my card. When the food didn’t arrive past the promised time, I called and they said my address was outside of their delivery area. (I’m 2.1 miles from the restaurant. Plus, why did it let me place the order and charge me if I was supposedly outside of their delivery area?) They claimed they called me multiple times but I had no missed calls. The restaurant called me at the same number and reached me the first time. It was clear the restaurant was also very annoyed with Grabull and encouraged me to not use them again and to please call the restaurant directly. Absolutely terrible service and I will not use them again.
Grabull does a great job. Giovanni's fouls up frequently.
Grabull is fine. It is Giovanni's that is not. My order is always wrong. I did not call them. I should have. He ordered a plain cheese pizza and got a broccoli pizza. My husband hates broccoli. He threw the pizza out and we shared my sandwich. The last time, I ate what they sent but was not crazy about it. I had ordered a chicken salad wrap and got a grilled chicken sub. We always only order 2 things at a time. How difficult is that to fill? We may not be ordering from there again. It is not Grabull. Grabull does a great job. We love them.
Bad customer experience
The oxtails were kinda tough and only three for the price is not good with potatoes as filler and they didn’t taste good! They had an oregano spice that wasn’t good. I will not order them again! The driver put my food on the porch floor not on the bench that is right there! After I signed for my food I asked him to hand me my food, common sense out the door! Not a happy customer.

The meal that I ordered was curry goat.
The meal that I ordered was not available when I arrived to pick it up. I would have liked to have been notified in a reasonable amount of time that the dish that I ordered was not available that evening. I would have saved the drive and got a refund. I was offered an alternative menu item or the choice to come back tomorrow for the dish I ordered. I declined both and requested a refund, at which time I was told that I couldn't get my money back from them, and that I'd have to take it up with the your website. The initial person that I was speaking with acted like it was not his problem, stating my transaction wasn't with them but with the website. Anyways, another representative stepped in and offered a more reasonable resolution which was to provide me a free meal that evening and to come back for what I ordered on another day. The second representative was very professional and had a great customer service skills and saved the relationship.
