I'd give them a zero if I could. My debit card numbers were stolen after I ordered a sub via their online ordering service! Woke up to 4 fraudulent charges and a call from my bank.

The associate said he did not receive my order. I placed an order to schedule pick up time and still had to wait until the associate had time to ask someone else about my order. I feel I will be calling the store to place my order going forward, and moving away from this service.

Holi Restaurant conveniently leaves out Chutnies
The Indian, Holi, restaurant did not/forgot to include the chutney selection that usually accompanies the mixed appetizers (we ordered two portions) and the papadams. This is really frustrating and it makes ordering online extremely risky and inconvenient.

Overcharged/Horrible support
Company charged my card a different amount than what was on my receipt. Called in to support and was told that they would need to consult with a different team and that they would get back to me within a day. I never heard back from them, I got a random refund for the difference but never anything back from support.

Fraudulent Pricing
I went to order something for pickup, and noticed that the prices were more than I'd been paying at that restaurant on prior orders. So I called the restaurant directly and compared prices. The items I bought were all increased in price by $1 each. Plus a service fee.
Service fees are understandable, but stealthily raising the prices of all the items on the menu (For a PICKUP order) is not only not understandable, but not acceptable.
Analogous Example: Bob runs to the store for you. He asks for $5 for his trouble (gas, time, or whatever) Anyway, Bob makes a list of all the stuff you asked for and and shows you a price list. He claims he checked the prices and they were accurate, (At least at the time he made the list) except, when you go to check those prices, you find out he added $1 to the store price of everything he picked up, and not only didn’t fail to mention he was had increased the prices of everything, but assured you that those were the correct prices. You might be thinking that Bob is a thief, a fraud, and a liar. And you’d be right. You’d be right because Bob manipulated the prices to overcharge, then blatantly lied about the accuracy of the prices he presented to you.
If they truly thought that adding $1 to each menu item was fair, they should have been upfront about it. Instead, they hid it in a lengthy 5,876-word terms and conditions document, sprinkling vague sentences about price inaccuracies while blaming the restaurants.
From Grabull Inc. Terms and Conditions* under the heading Prices & Payments:
“All prices listed on the Website are correct at the time of publication and have been input as received by the restaurant; while we give great care to keep them up to date, the final price charged to you by the restaurant can change at the time of delivery based on the latest menu and prices of the restaurant. We also reserve the right to alter the Goods or Services available for sale on the Website and to stop listing restaurants, Goods or Services.”
The prices reflected on the website/mobile application are determined solely by the Participating Restaurant and informed to GRABULL at the time of listing. Any change in the prices of the menu at the time of placing order is at the sole discretion of the Participating restaurant.
*A document that I converted to 10pt Arial single spaced and it was still 7 pages long, and filled with spelling and grammar errors. Among which, a failure to correctly spell the word “restaurant” as well as the name of the state in which their corporate office resides.
“Correct at the time of publication” Well, that covers them pretty well, I certainly can’t prove that every restaurant in my town wasn’t involved in a coordinated effort to make Grabull look like frauds by somehow waiting for them to publish prices and then spontaneously reducing the prices on every item they sell by a buck. After all, we all know how, over time, inflation backs off, and the costs for everything goes down and merchants drop their prices by close to 20% just to keep pace with the constantly decreasing cost of living in this country. That last sentence was meant to be read in a sarcastic tone of voice, just to be clear about my intent.

My guests were hungry, the delivery was already quite late, and the restaurant said no one had picked up the food yet. I drove to the restaurant and got the food myself.
I want the $5 delivery fee and the $15 driver tip I gave refunded. I was the driver. Grabull should be tipping me.
