Svar från Gr8 Fires

Thanks for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear the replacement still worked and fitted okay.

We’re sorry to hear the LED length wasn’t an exact match for your original parts. It’s good that you were able to install two of the three without issue, and we understand your concern about the final one when it comes time to replace it. We’ll make sure this is noted and fed back to the relevant team so it can be checked for future supply.

If you do need any help when you come to fit the last one, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to assist.

My fire looks as good as new again. The new part was about 1cm bigger than the old but still fitted absolutely perfectly. The £10 price was so much cheaper than I thought it might have been. Very easy to replace as well.

After sending video with fault clearly seen, you gave us the wrong parts! Electrician having to put fire back together again and have to wait on new (correct) parts arriving! Smaller part is what’s needed….you told us it was larger strips. Waited 2 weeks + for electrician. No idea when he will be able to come back as now having to wait on proper parts!!!
