It is a pleasure to deal with Nicole. She is always attentive to my concerns and questions, very knowledgeable in her answers. Yolanda is very courteous and professional. The entire transaction process with Government Auction was easy with no issues.

I must say, this company ships as fast as you pay, and items are exactly as described

I made a mistake bidding, and bought some property I couldn't afford. Government Auction refunded my money with no problems. I will gladly do business with them when I can get property I can pay for. Great company!

Amazing company I mean from the beginning to the end was all smooth. They registered the deed of warranty and FedEx it to me. Communication was outstanding and they returned my calls and email me back. I’ll do business with them over and over again. Thank you all so much for the show of care and outstanding customer service. I appreciate you all~ anthony

Appreciation! Yolanda and Sylvia give quick and amazing customer service and support. We love to work with them all the time.

From my lowball bid, I was surprised to have won, to the customer service that followed....my only concern was the quality of the jewelry. As with most things in life, fear holds us back from the gifts we deserve. The total experience left me fearless in bidding. See you in the next auctions! Thank you, Government Auction dot com.

Great personnel to work with. Very Happy with Yolanda. She is an incredible office manager. Every question is answered open and honest. She will make sure your needs are met.

Sylvia and her Team make a very good job.
She makes sure that the won items are delivered in time. We will buy again.

I had a few questions about the process of purchasing land through your site. I emailed and Sylvia answered promptly. I sent a follow-up questions which she also handled.

Mike provided great customer support, really explained the processes thoroughly. I am a newbie.

The coins are highesy quality, as descibed and fast shipping, great communication.

They respond quickly to your questions. Seems pretty transparent and reliable. Also they sent my invoice and contract. Finally payments are so easy.

I think this is an extra rad auction site to buy great items, the ONLY thing I wish they would change is the way they charge for shipping if you already have a item coming I don’t think it’s right that they charge more than once for shipping. That’s how I feel 👍👍

A few things:

First, be aware that the price listed for land purchases will not reflect the actual cost. To me, the listings are deceptive by design and intentional in terms of omissions.

Specifically, I bid on a piece of land. The listing said, "your winning bid is for the down payment and the is subtracted from the price of $8,929 you then make monthly installment payments at $159/month at 12% interest. There is a buyer's premium of 17.5% on your down payment amount only and a low $249 closing cost."

The contract I received after successfuly bidding was $4,195.51 more than listed and labeled as "interest on the unpaid balance of cash price." As a result, the purchase price after my bid (used for down payment) is $13,119.51 and payments are in fact $159.99.

Secondly, I don't think an emerald should turn your hand green if handled. Sapphire should not be able to be easily scratched by glass or steel.

However I found all of these things when purchasing on this website. I didn't think I was buying jeweler quality gemstones, but what I received makes me question my purchase. The discrepancies between the listing and contract on the land, to me, shows deceptive methods are the norm. Avoid, there are other and more reputable ways to bid on interesing things!
