Hi Olivia,
Thanks for the reply, but it doesn’t match what actually happened.
You did contact me, I spoke with you, and I made a payment when you got in touch. You also left a voicemail. I returned calls and messages whenever I could. The only times I didn’t answer immediately were when I was at work and couldn’t pick up.
You say you sent emails with attachments that I needed to provide. Those attachments never appeared in the emails I received, so I had no documents to send back. Claiming I ignored requests for documents that weren’t properly delivered isn’t accurate.
The review stands: money was taken, the policy was cancelled, and no refund was given. Your response doesn’t change that.

Customer Service was absolutely brilliant. The lady help me with all my questions, issues and understood my requirements. Just magic, she even gave me a discount with me asking. Made my day. Insurance is a nightmare and can be very stressful, but this experience was somewhat easy, its all clear communication and being coherent.

Very good experience with them. Answered all questions and explained everything clearly and rung back a few times to keep me from having to wait on the line.

Absolutely awful service and misleading sales information
Absolutely awful. Would give them 0 if I could.
Purchased my car insurance through them using GoCompare. I was very careful to include windscreen and courtesy car (Guaranteed Vehicle Hire) cover.
I have now made a claim only to be told that the courtesy car is subject to availability but that it is not part of my policy. They did not tell me this at the time of purchasing the policy, which was required to be done over the phone, and are refusing to provide a vehicle. Apparently the onus was on me to confirm this, rather than them checking/confirming. If I had known this at the time, I would have gone a different insurer. In all my years of purchasing insurance, I have never had such rubbish service.
In addition, it is absolutely hopeless trying to get to them on the phone. It takes over an hour for someone to answer even when you call firs thing in the morning.

I read all reviews of all companies before i join .after reading these reviews for GOTYOUCOVERED.COM i rather pay extra and go with a proper company than having issues in the future .
I will stick with my previous company Admiral Car Insurance might need to pay a annual payment instead of monthly payments but i know im in good hands and it only takes a few mins to get through to customer services to add change or add a temp vehicle on . these reviews are bad for this company sorry to say stay away
