Fantastic customer experience from Ellie when we visited the store in Poole, very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we asked. Great experience and will go back again.

We helped by a young lady called Ellie Czarnokoza. We were looking replacements for some of our camping equipment- she couldn't have been more helpful.
She had great product knowledge.
We don't normally leave reviews but felt that she was such a pleasure to deal with We had to in this instance.

We received such kind service from Ellie, who helped my husband find a suitable head covering after his treatment for sun-related cancer on his ears. None of the hats fit him comfortably, but she showed us some cooling UV-protection snoods which were just right.
She also showed us the different ways they can be worn, which we found quite remarkable and something we would never have thought of ourselves.

Ellie was fantastic. I meant to leave this about 4 weeks ago but just found the receipt in my pocket. We took almost an hour of Ellies time with the daughters running in and out of various tents, before we knew it we had a new tent, a new table, we came back for beds, clothing, and have been back a couple of times since. Best service. 5 Star.

Website malfunctions at check out on multiple occasions, trips to 2 separate stores and still not managed to get all the items I wanted, staff in Poole did have a display model but could not sell me that as expecting more stock, really frustrating after being told items were in stock. 60 mile round trip. Emailed customer service with a complaint after the item I wanted went up in price a week later, zero response. Its still good kit and the staff in the store were lovely and helpful, I think the problem lies with the IT and the management in HQ. I will try to avoid buying from them in future.

I returned some items bought online. Michael the manager was very helpful and made sure this was credited back to me.

What an amazing, helpful and proffessional team. Shout out to Harry and Miriam, Harry helped us for over an hour with the midlayers and jackets, a patient individual that shared much knowledge in what to purchase, and Miriam for being extremely helpful in the shoe section. You've made two very happy customers who will return for our next set of outdoor attire.

The assistant in Poole, Salesman was extremely attentive and helpful. Despite being very low on stock she helped me as much as she could. I would have walked in and gone straight out if she had not approached me.

Kieran and Quinn made our visit really easy, and a pleasure.

We went to buy walking trousers for my son for DofE and inevitably that means trying on a good few options, Kieran was helpful and polite about how many we could take in etc. they have a terrible problem with theft at this store so he was going his job but very politely give the amount that just walks out of the door.

Shop was busy and not enough staff to man the aircraft hangar size so once trousers were agreed on, Quinn came to assist when we moved onto jackets for my daughter as they have to undo every jacket as they are all connected with alarms. Again 4 or 5njackets later we left with trousers, a jacket, a couple of base layers and fleece.

The staff are good natured, well versed in their store and product and deserve recognition for being so kind when they are fighting a losing battle daily with thieving bastards. We love this store but these two really helped us have a happy and productive visit this week. Thanks guys 👍

I was looking for a waterproof jacket and i was helped by a polite young man .quinn also had help from the young lady at the kim .
Very pleased with the service and it was nice to be served by a couple of polite young people

We found everything we needed at a very reasonable price. The staff were helpful & the manager was happy to provide a further discount for an item which had a slightly damaged box due to being the only one left & on display. We asked a member of staff to help us carry our items to the checkout which he was very happy to do for us. We were served at the checkout by Kim who was extremely pleasant & efficient.

We were helped in store today by Quinn who was very knowledgeable about the type of down coat I wanted he unlocked a few for me to try on and even though they didn’t have the size I wanted I came straight home and ordered it online to be delivered
