Michelle was incredible!! Went on 23/03/26 for boots and shoes. Michelle was amazing, very knowledgeable and so kind and patient with us! She had a lot of helpful tips and really helped find the right fit, was a tremendous help. I’m not a natural shopper but she was great! Great experience and you’ve gained a new fan for Go Outdoors! Will definitely be back!

Was helped by a lovely man called Tony to get the exact walking shoes I wanted. They weren't available in my size but he suggested trying the men's version and they fitted perfectly.

Purchased a pair of walking boots from go out doors. Service I received was excellent. Tony the sales chap was spot on. Gave good advice and took his time. Equally pleased with the cashier who was friendly and positive. I have never had a poor experience at this store in Penrith. Well done too all.

I bought for my son a Carrera bike…
I bought for my son a Carrera bike witch in my opinion is the best brand for his price, good quality and design. I would like also to mention the staff members them name is Kevin and Bob they been very friendly and extremely helpful regarding to choose and buy the bike.
Goo outdors is a nice place to buy everything you need and the staff have good skills to guide you in the write direction.

Never received a message saying goods…
Never received a message saying goods had arrived so I popped into the penrith store and found 3 item's out of 4 was there but still waiting for 1 more phoned this this morning and still not arrived, staff very rude n customer care not good,ordering on line isn't very good
