Amazing patient Maria
Went to Go Out doors today with my wife & Grandson who has CP. the wonderful Maria assisted greatly with patience & kindness to assist my Grandson with choosing & trying on a pair of walking boots he needed for a school trip.
The store is well stocked, great sale items , lots of variety & very helpful staff. Both Dan & Francis were also very accommodating. Fab store , great staff , amazing choice & affordable prices.

Served by Maria looking for walking boots for my adult son who has special needs. She has served us several times in the past also and has an excellent way of talking with my son - she even remembered he'd won a bronze at the special Olympics few years ago. He walked out with a new pair of boots very happy thank you.

New walking shoes …
Well I came into the store to return some walking shoes I had to buy online which were a little small.The staff sorted everything out the refund for the shoes I brought in and the new ones. The staff members I’ve had dealing with have always been first class.

Great coat poor service
Cost excellent. Still not received my card and despite numerous calls to customer services had to pay another £5 membership to be able to get members discount. Go outdoors replied, “if I want to discuss please get in touch”. How about checking my details and refunding £5 instead of expecting the customer to do all the chasing!

Ordered dynamite milky cloud groundbait each time I’ve seen advertised (3) when it’s been in sale for 97p
Ordered various other baits in sale then not even got them
Messed around numerous times will not be ordering anything from go outdoors again
