I bought a tent today and I was really impressed with the service. Dave R (Fishing section) was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable.

I went in today to purchase some clothing for my son. Angie had some great suggestions and helped find walking boots for him in the correct size, she was so helpful and kind. We managed to get everything we needed and he’s very excited for his camping trip! The store is always well stocked and organised and we usually find exactly what we need. Helpful staff on the checkout too.

Due to the incomprehensible layout of your departments when all I wanted was a useful, easy to wear pair of sandals, I was getting highly irritated when a delightful lady came along who knew where everything was that I was investigating. This angel named appropriately enough, 'Angie' understood my mission exactly, and took me through the various locations of the footwear I wanted to sample. Due to her advice, i found what I needed and wanted, leading to a satisfactory purchase. Your layout sucks, your staff make up for your marketing departments shortcomings.

Bit of a palava last visit. Wouldnt give me my 10% off code as product already discounted yet I could use it online? Tried to use a one4all card which apparently cant use in store but can online? Very embarrassing to say the least. Bought mew member card as mine had expired but then had to wait for it to link to my account so that i could order everything online but then had to go back in to collect for free. Staff were lovely though :)

I took my son to get his first fishing rod, whilst looking a gentleman approached and asked if we needed any help? Which of course we did! This guy did not only take his time to explain about rods he took the time to make sure my son understood everything we was buying, I didn’t manage to get his name (maybe Dave), but he was ex-military and a asset to this company, well done to you sir.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Customer Service at GO Outdoors Kidderminster

We visited GO Outdoors Kidderminster yesterday to buy a roof box for our car, and we honestly couldn’t fault the customer service we received from start to finish.
As we were taking the roof box out of the store, Andrea asked if we would like the box opened for us and even offered to take away all the cardboard packaging, which was really helpful.
While fitting the roof box in the car park, we discovered that some of the bolts were missing from the box — absolutely no fault of GO Outdoors. We went back inside and Andrea and Matt couldn’t have been more helpful. They managed to find the bolts we needed from their display model so that we could get everything fitted and be on our way.
Throughout the whole experience, we were kept informed and Andrea and Matt did everything they possibly could to get the problem sorted for us.
It’s so refreshing to receive such genuinely helpful and friendly customer service. A huge thank you to the team at GO Outdoors Kidderminster — you really went above and beyond for us today. We’ll definitely be returning! ⭐️👏

I'm still waiting for a reply to my email to customer service about a refund. I believe I was charged for an item I actually returned. I questioned this in store and was told it was correct. I emailed customer service to ask them to confirm I had been given the correct information and would receive a full refund but I'm still waiting.

I got my mountain bike from the Kidderminster branch specifically because Paul, the bike tech, was so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. When I was researching bike sizes and specs his help was invaluable and so I was prepared to drive from Cheltenham to Kidderminster to pick up my bike and with Paul's help. Thoroughly recommended. 5 stars

Kidderminster Branch - We found Dave on the fishing counter to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and also very friendly.
I had a problem with my card and another very pleasant member of staff called Edric came to our rescue and sorted it. Very pleased with our shopping experience.

As a mum who wanted to buy her son some fishing equipment for his birthday to go with his fishing lessons and having NO Experience whatsoever, Dave R in the fishing department was fantastic.

Gave us lots of tips and advice and pointed us in the right direction and gave us lots of time. Left with more knowledge and a starting set up for my son.

Visited Go Outdoors in Kidderminster on 6th August and can’t thank the staff enough. Firstly it was a welcome change to see enough staff available and having the time to be proactive and asking how they can help visitors to the store. Once you explained what you were trying to achieve, we received first class information and guidance and was able to leave the shop with what we needed, very satisfied we had bought the products that suited us personally and the prices were extremely competitive. Special thank you to Besslem and Andrea for their attention, it made our experience at Go Outdoors really enjoyable.

Had a great shopping experience with Dave R Fishing. Lovely guy, relaxed service. That’s what keeps me coming to this store tbh.

I’ve had issues with online ordering via Go Outdoors in the past but this time everything was issue free, Hopefully they’ve listened to feedback and upped their game. I will definitely be buying more from the online store in the future :) As for the physical store the staff are excellent and helpful as they’ve always been, one of my favourite stores to visit.

Went into get some fishing gear for a trip on a budget. Was served by Martin who came over and asked if I needed any help without me having to ask he found me a better value rod than the 1 I was getting and helped me become a member. Also helped me find some batteries for bite alarms was very helpful.

Andrea was very helpful with fitting a pack and helping me explore options for gators. Great customer service and friendly staff.
