John at the Hull store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable finding some hiking boots for our daughter today.

I visited the Hull branch I’d Go outdoors and was helped by Katie, who was knowledgeable, professional friendly and happy to advise on items I’m not very knowledgeable on. Thank you Katie, great service

I came into the shop to do a exchange on my walking boots after contacting the manufacturer berghaus. Leonie was at the till and contacted John to come and see us. Between them both they provided me with an exchanged pair of boots. The customer service from them both was excellent. I would definitely recommend this shop as they are so helpful and knowledgeable. i like visiting Go outdoors but i notice most of your clothing products are geared for slimbo's and nothing much for an ever expanding world , by way of 4xl shirts and jackets or 44R trousers!! i think you're missing a trick here ..

Daniel helped me to find a pair of trail running shoes and although it wasn’t his department he was determined to find me the right shoe. He was patient and appeared to genuinely care that I was satisfied with my purchase. My experience this evening demonstrated that lots of good people still work in retail. Thank you

The whole team at Go Outdoors Hull are so helpful, polite and friendly it makes shopping there a pleasure. I needed some assistance and further information regarding a bag I ended up buying at a great price, and the staff really took the time to try and help me the very best they could.
I'm not sure how much these guys get paid, but increase it (they deserve it).

Ryan was very polite and helpful. I didn't get the issue completely resolved with returning my faulty boots as I needed to contact Saloman directly, but he did give me the information I needed to pursue this.

I visited here today to purchase a pair of walking shoes.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble.
Eventually, I found what I was looking for, a good quality pair of shoes, good fit, comfortable to wear and within my budget.
Plenty to choose from, and as I said before very helpful staff.
The shop is very clean and well laid out, everything I needed was easy to find.

Had to call into the Hull store to find this item as I could not arrange click and collect from Hull, on the website it said choose your nearest store - I didn't notice it chose York so had to cancel that order. There were several in stock in Hull and I have done click and collect before from there so sort out your website please guys.

Yesterday I visited the Hull store, as I was in need of some proactive advice for "wet and windy"-proof layers for an upcoming trip to the very south of South America and the Falklands. Boy..did I strike lucky when Olha approached me asking if she could help. Utterly charming, knowledgeable, pro-active and gave me clear and readily undestandable advice of the pros and cons of various brands. Olha is a credit to the company...100%
