I had to contact my local GoOutdoors regarding an online purchase that I needed to exchange and wanted to do so in store. My call was answered by a young man called Daniel. Daniel was extremely helpful, he listened, gave me advice and ensured he was able to answer my queries, if he was unsure sought further advice from colleagues. Daniel was helpful and efficient and a credit to Go Outdoors. I was able to go into store the next day and exchange the item. I wish him well for the future.

Very helpful.
Visited on 29th Aug, looking for a whole new set-up. Liked that there are a number of tents inside/outside, so you are able to see some pitches. We were helped by Katie, who is lovely & knew her stuff when it came to the tents. The store had Sales on too, so managed to get some bargains. Not sure of the lads name who served us at the till, but also very polite. Thank you for the help/advice.
