I went into go outdoors looking for a bike lock for my motorbike. I asked a member of staff where they are located. A young chap called ciaran helped me locate them, and then proceeded to give me advice on what would be best for me. i dont normally leave reviews but ciaran was splendid to chat too and I think his kindness should not go unnoticed

Fabulous customer service
I approached Lawrence to advise me on purchasing a day pack rucksack as I am planning to walk the west highland way this year, he was extremely helpful and explained in a language I understand. He also advised me on some survival items which saved me money, by purchasing items which were beneficial to my needs. He also signposted me to an organisation for accessing a navigation course. I received what I required today and more.

Excellent experience at Go Outdoors Clydebank, great knowledgeable team. Ross, Scott Forsyth and Sophie G were brilliant and very patient with me, my wife and my 2 children. They answered all our questions and they helped us pick all the appropriate gear for my 2 sons trips.

My most favourite place to be
Told Adom earlier (hope I got his name right) that GD Outdoors Clydebank has been (easily) my favourite store since moving to Scotland from Canada. His support in getting me the right items for my son was incredible, and will be part of the reason I’ll continue to return for camping stuff, swimming, climbing and biking stuff, as long as I remain in Glasweegee. Thank you buddy!
