Great service, great prices. Items were well packaged. I ordered a few items and all were delivered quickly. They were very helpful when I was looking for a particular item. They got the item within a couple of days. I will define back to order again. Thanks 😊👍

I've made around 4 purchases from this network of businesses (Goods Republic, Figure Republic etc.) between Dec 2025-Feb 2026 and don't have a complaint with their purchase process, shipment, packaging, customer service etc.

They wrap and package everything professionally, and provide accurate shipment tracking.

The only inherent issue is that the shipments via Japan Post are slower than my local priority delivery options but that's OK

Would recommend doing cost comparisons across different vendors when purchasing here though, as sometimes their prices can be randomly super high.

Never had an issue with my purchases however. Would recommend. Am based in Canada.

Great variety of products, most of which i couldn't find anywhere else. Communication from seller was fantastic and lastly items arrived very fast and well packaged.

Defo a scam site. Nothing but people taking advantage of those unfamiliar with proxying. Don't answer questions, don't answer emails, price things up 3x what they are direct from Japan. Avoid, trust me you'll find better stuff surfing buyee for 5 minutes.

Don't refund and have shadow banned multiple people if they have any problems with product. Say they do returns but don't without a lot of pushback. Don't reply unless by bot. Spam emails constantly to get you to buy. Send coupons but with insane requirements. Overall, avoid. They charge so much up charge and are super disingenuous.

My address got blacklisted because my wife contacted support about a plush that didn't match the listing. She was polite and wasn't even asking for a refund, but now neither of us can make an order.

They say they ship worldwide, i had placed an order which they cancelled and said they don't ship to my country. How about edit your site instead of lying & letting people spend time looking for items and then cancelling their shipment?

This has tons of obscure anime merchandise like figures and tapestries. Remember ordering two tapestry's for amnesia and code realize for a low price then got them wrapped with lots of bubble wrap in 3 weeks. Very satisfied with their service and might order again soon.

First purchase on GoodsRepublic. The packaging was very well done with the product coming in perfect condition, and shipping only took 2 weeks! With my order came an Omikuji and some cards plugging their other merch sites. Good experience thank you :)

Excellent service.
Item was better quality than described. It arrived promptly for a very good price and the customer service has been amazing. Really pleasant. You get your own advisor to help with queries and the translations from Japanese to English are great.

Very lovely service, items are a little delayed after payment however this is stated when you purchase, as I believe they need to order from their supplier. They always keep you updated on your order and even keep checks on where your order is if you have been out when it’s delivered. I also love the use of free shipping when over $60 is spent, this is something I really appreciate and wished more sites were this kind to their worldwide customers!

Goods Republic seems to be expensive comparing to other shops but the shipping is free!
My items always arrived safe meaning it was well packed and in good condition even though it is used. Used items need more time to arrive but also due to the Covid situatioun, the shipping can be a bit longer.
They also respect your additionnal comments/requets.

The costum service is really good as I mostly got a fast reply from them!

All in all, I only made good experiences with them and will consider buying more in the future.

(so I don't really understand these negative rates and please don't let these negative reviews influence you)

I saw a couple of bad reviews online and was hesitant to purchase but I decided to anyway (had the lowest price I could find). Although the figure took a while to get here (which is understandable because of the restrictions and living in the U.S), it was definitely worth it. Came in great condition with absolutely no visible flaws to me. The shipping box was in rougher shape but the figure box inside was intact and not harmed, everything was taped and bubble wrapped securely. Very good reliable store will buy again in the future, definitely gained a new customer.
