Great Service
In truth I never leave reviews but I really need to say the service I received was beyond expectations. The printing requirements was a last minute job. After a brief phone call the team pulled out all the stops so I could have all my printing requirements for a trade show I was exhibiting at. They truly came through.

Can't get a better service

Cards havent arrived
I got business cards made in February, they were good, nice quality.
I reordered laat week the exact same ones and they havent arrived after 8 days now..

Hi Conor,
I apologise for the delay in your order, you have selected standard delivery for the order which is usually dispatched within 5 working days from the point of your order confirmation however this is a none tracked/guaranteed postal service and we do have to allow Royal Mail up to 15 days to deliver before we can chase that for you.
You ordered on 6th July and we shipped them on 7th July so they will be on the way to you. If you require a quicker delivery service there is usually an express method which is next day if you need them urgently.

I've used Good print for a few years now and I'm very happy with my business cards, the quality of card is excellent, the service is quick and the Price I pay very reasonable indeed I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Great Recovery
Have been using Goodprint for a number of years for my business cards, when we mysteriously received cards only printed on one side and not 2. After contacting Goodprint they identified it was a glitch, rectifed the issue and sent out more cards for next day delivery. 5 star service. Thank you very much David.

I couldn't ask for better!
Your company was recommended to me by a friend and I was pleased with my first delivery of cards and then a second version. As I had quite a number by now, I had no need to use your services for a while. I then retired but turned my attention to other activities. Instead of using up my old cards when people asked for my details, I decided to have some new ones printed. I therefore now needed two sets - one to represent my new organisation and the other more general for personal use. I placed my order from the hundreds of styles available, played around with colours and fonts until I found what I liked. I then placed my order and waited. Almost within a turnaround, my cards arrived so promptly and what a joy. They are of excellent quality, thick card, clear printing and good colours - I couldn't want for better and feel proud to be handing out such a good example to represent me - well done Goodprint! I shall continue to use you and recommend you.
