Good Nude Food Omdömen 

First of all fantastic taste on all products , have noticed a big change in my gut microbiome great kit , sauerkraut goes well with lots of foods . The customer service was second to none !!! Ps must be something to do with the Scottish hospitality ! Great product. E Taylor

The product is excellent. Tastes very nice. My problem is with the packaging . One of my 3 jars was smashed both ends due to inadequate packaging.I have ordered twice from this company and both times I have had a jar smashed. I’m still awaiting my replacement jar from my second Order. So rather disappointing. I have emailed them about the problem and hope it can be resolved otherwise I won’t be ordering again which will be a great shame.

Terrible customer service, products arriving weeks late after payment taken, a constant pain to deal with & resolve, I’ve asked PayPal to step in multiple times. They ignore email all the time. Good sauerkraut though.

I was kept up to date with expected delivery date as courier was changing and the product arrived sooner than anticipate. Jars were well packed and not spilling at all. So far I have tried the Red Hot (just right) Sauerkraut and the Turmeric & Ginger. They are both very good taste wise with a lovely crunchy texture. I am looking forward to trying the Supergreens with Spirulina and hope the unopened jars keep well.

Would have marked it 5 stars but delivery was weeks after order. Although I received an email regarding change in distribution company further contact was not great. The Sauerkraut though is exceptional, especially the red hot which is fiery and fresh. Looking forward to trying the other 2 flavours. Will order again but will make sure their distribution situation has been rectified.

The saurkraut is amazing. All 3 flavours are really tasty. I eat it with everything. After reading other comments on this site I feel very lucky that a local shop sells it. So, I have never had to have it delivered.

Their products are lovely but their delivery and communications are not. I placed an order more than three weeks ago and had one communication that there were problems with the distributor. Then nothing. I wrote many times asking for updates but no reply. My final letters were quite strong about my disappointment and was going to make moves to recoup my money. Finally they answered telling me that they couldn’t deliver to my area and gave me a refund. Disgusting customer service.

Great service! When the delivery man failed to deliver there was no quibble and replacement sent straight away! Have had no problems with this company and been having their excellent product for some years now!

Quick delivery at a reasonable price

The Superkrauts looked amazing on the website and I loved the back story. I thought I’d give it a whirl as I’m into gut microbiomes. I ordered all three variations and was kept up to date with delivery, and a hiccup with a delivery company. Good Nude Foods rectified things very quickly and the items arrived not long afterwards. The packaging is great, the colours pop and I am over the moon with the taste quality. Highly recommended

Never answer phone. Never reply to e mails never responded to my legitimate complaint

While their products are 1st class, their customer service is appalling. I've had real problems with delivery and they refuse to accept responsibility and engage with me to resolve them. Here is an excerpt from my complaint - the initial line is in response to the courier marking the delivery as refused

I've been at home since 17.00!

Guys, this is beyond a joke. I've had a non-delivery, a broken delivery, and now a refused parcel where neither my doorbell or the stair entry system have rang. It's probably best that you just credit my account now as this isn't working for either of us and I've no time to follow this up with DHL
