The genuine concern of the customer care team and the fact they understood my request fully and just not send an automated reply really made me happy. I rarely send companies requests but this is the first time I have ever received a personalized reply in which the company spend time to understand my request and replied accordingly. A big thanks to good notes team for such nice treatment.

With every update they bring more and more and more bugs and their team is so unresponsive towards anything. You mail them a significantly visible problem and they would ask for screen recordings ,diagnostic reports, id, payment slip and everything from top to bottom and then they would reply that it would take time to resolve and generally that time is like 5-6 days at least for them.

Ich habe mich an den Kunden Support gewendet, einfach, weil ich in diesem Moment so frustriert war und nicht mit Goodnotes klargekommen bin nach dem neuen Update.
Ich habe eine E-Mail an den Kunden Support geschrieben und nach einer wirklich sehr kurzen Zeit wurden wirklich alle Fehler behoben, sowie alle Funktionen, um die wieder zurück gebeten habe, wieder eingerichtet in der App.

Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht über diese Erfahrung mit Goodnotes und würde diese App auch wirklich jedem Studenten und Schüler empfehlen.

I had a really great experience, the technical support girl replied immediately and was kind and very competent from the very beginning. She listened to each of my requests, understood the problem, and guided me until the end, leading me to solve the issue in a short time. Moreover, for every step I had to follow, she attached the reference to the Goodnotes or Apple page, since it was also a problem related to my iCloud account. I’m really satisfied because it’s not easy to find such staff. Thank you.

I had a weird issue with my log in information. When i contacted support, they asnwered within 24 hours. The person who helped me out was Misty. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with my situation. My particular issue was resolved within 2 days. I was extremely greatful for the help and I would not be hesitant to contact support again if I have another issue!

I was locked out of my account and Goodnotes was very helpful. They allowed me to create a new account and transferred my old notes and my subscription to the new account.

I really like the concept of Goodnotes and the way it works brilliantly across my devices. The fact that I can use both handwriting and keyboard is very appreciated. The platform offers amazing hacks and flexibility for note taking, expressing ideas, and keeping things organized. When I had a question for the service team about a function that I couldn’t find, they responded quickly and answered my question. I strong recommend Goodnotes!
