You can not reach them by phone. Everytime you call say the attendants are too busy take your call and says try again and hangs up. I have been trying for last few days and always get this message.... Se mer

Not sure if this company is real! My balance from PetroCan is gone and can't get through to customer service.

Transition from PetroCan has be difficult. I had to buy a new phone to be able to transfer my balance (over $200) to their $19.00 monthly plan. Worked well but all of a sudden my balance dropped from almost $200 to almost $0 in one month. I have no idea why. There is no way to get account info on website, only "we're working on making our website even better". So far after several weeks I have not been able to get through to customer service. I guess I'll just have to transfer to another carrier and take the loss. Don't even think about becoming a new customer...I seriously question the viability of Good2Gomobile, it is very close to a scam!!!

I have been trying for months to get…

I have been trying for months to get theu to the company by phone, and it always says they are too busy, they later. I finally got thru after 23 minutes on hold, someone answered and said please hold while my system bring up the accounts, it won't be long, I was on hold for 12 minutes and got hung up on. I have no money on my account since December, I can't use my phone. I had $220, I just topped it up in July.
This is crazy, and an awful company, good luck!!!

The transition from Petro Canada has been horrendous!
Cannot talk to enquire about my account, they are always busy, and tell you to phone back. When I attempt to reach the site , my norton states it is dangerous site!!
As well I paid $100 with Petro just before the transition, that was not transferred to good 2 go.
Absolutely incompetence, also I had $11 left from the previous month, which is dead money for the next month. Please can I speak to someone!!!

I wish there is an option to give 0 star

I wish there is an option to give 0 star. 1st, it was a big mess last Oct for the migration to monthly plan. They give false info to customer and wait till last min to post the migration plan. That caused a lot of customer lost all the credit. They promised the remaining balance will be transferred which they did for 3 months. Now, my $100 remaining balance is zero dollars. Lots of other users with the same complaints. Stay away!

Hard to reach but rep told me there are 20 lines, after that, system hangs up on you. They switched from Rogers BUT I was able to transfer my balance so it will pay for my $19 plan for 18 months. You MUST CALL to get unused balances transferred - DON'T lose your money. I preferred pay as you go but it's disappearing I don't need 500 MB but I have it for $19 can't complain- works well.

Can’t reach them…

I’ve been trying to talk to them for two weeks now. Lines are always busy no matter when you call. Also, impossible to login to their website. Terrible. Petro-Canada Mobile was great, but not Good2Go.

You can not reach them by phone

You can not reach them by phone. Everytime you call say the attendants are too busy take your call and says try again and hangs up. I have been trying for last few days and always get this message. I cannot acccess my account online. When I try to access I always get this message:
"transaction Interrupted: server connection failed" Stay AWAY from them.

Terrible

Terrible. My number was with Petro Canada Mobility and got moved to Good2Go. I can't login to my account. I call the help number and every selection tells me "high call volume, use the website to access your account" and then hangs up. Totally useless. I will port my number away from this garbage service at the first opportunity. Save yourselves and use any other mobile service.

Zero Customer Support

We have been trying for a couple of weeks to transfer our cell phone from Good2Go Mobile to another service provider. We keep getting error messages stating that the new service provider cannot successfully communicate with Good2Go mobile. We have tried to contact their support line several times. Always the message is that there are too many customers calling and we are advised to call back another time. Then the call is abruptly ended. Even calling right at the time the support centre opens (9:00 am) results in the same message and the call is ended.

No way to get support or help as a customer

They never answer their customer service phone, and there is no other way to contact them. They claim they answer the phone from 9am-9pm 6 days a week...lol nope! Have tried calling all week, multiple times a day, some hours I'd try to call every 10 minutes. Just a prerecorded message that tells you their phone lines are too busy, and hangs up on you, not even a queue to wait in. No other way to contact them. Deceptive, confusing messaging regarding the 3G shutdown seems to be purposeful.

They said my IMEI was blacklisted

They said my IMEI was blacklisted. Nobody else said the IMEI was blacklisted. By the several days the escalated case was responded to and the email received saying there was no blacklist afterall,.. I had requested a refund and purchased a plan from another company.

I have been a customer of good2go…

I have been a customer of good2go mobile for several years. Other than the price, it is a terrible company. They don't respond to emails and their tech support is comprised of people who don't know or care about their product or the services they provide.
I have been without cell service from this company for nearly a week now. I have emailed them repeatedly and as they always do they ignored my emails entirely. I still haven't gotten response back. I am 66 and disabled.
I have submitted complaints to the BBB which good2go never responded back to.
The BBB considers this a serious black mark against a company.
ITS BEEN A WEEK WITH NO CELL PHONE SERVICE.
DO NOT USE THIS CELL PHONE SERVICE PROVIDER.

Seriously this got 2 star? Been on petro can mobile before they bundled it to zatar. I get consistant servixe on my sons emergency phone, if you need a gamers daily heavy usage maybe this isnt for you.

good2go is a lousy provider, Even RED POCKET TO USMOBILE offers international roaming for a lot better price...
i would not sign up with them ever

are just the same no INTERNATIONAL ROAMING..
SUCH LOUSY PROVIDERs.
stay away from GOOD2GO MOBILE
i take RED POCKET anyday over these clowns...
or USMOBILE....

speak up give those companys SUCH LOUSY REVIEWS OR DONT take their service, may get their attention, to start offering better service & roaming in canada or mexico..

Crappiest Customer Service

This company use to have great customer service. Now it takes them weeks to get back to you, and then you don't get the help you need still. They also charge you twice a month now for your phone bill, and they no longer seem to care about their customer satisfaction. If you want better customer service then go to Consumer Cellular! It also takes them forever to resolve any issues. I'm still waiting on a cancellation for a phone that I had already cancelled, but yet they still charged me for the next months service on. 😡

Plainte contre Good2 Go

Good2 Go m'avise qu'à partir du 1er septembre le service trois G ne sera plus disponible. J'ai 143.00$ acculumé dans mon forfait. Il nous incitent à transférer vers lucky.ca. Mon montant restant n'est pas transérable. Que faire.

Got RIPPED off with the "3g shutdown"

Got RIPPED off with the "3g shutdown" , they claimed my phone was not 4g compatible and it is lost $100. they sent dozens of text making it seem I would lose service. Double check to be sure your phone is compatible to 4g 20 years using "petro canada" for casual use cell was cheap and easy they came in a ruined good thing. Do not renew when your minutes run down find a new provider several have year long basic plans for $100 -150 with data.

no service, no answers...

I'm needing to change due to the ending of 3G, Good2go tells me. Good2go can't be bothered to make the old phones work on their own network, instead they are keeping my account credit and giving me a whopping $10 to change to a different carrier (Lucky). I have questions to figure out the best way forward - it might be a good time to upgrade my phone for instance, but I don't know if that will allow me to keep my credit. BUT they NEVER answer their phone line, there is no way to be on hold and wait your turn to get an agent - so customer service is NON-EXISTENT!! At the beginning of July, my phone randomly didn't work for a couple of days. I wouldn't recommend them at all, they aren't reliable....
