The free rounds of golf are an additional benefit that we include with our Golf Care insurance policies, and while we aim to offer a great selection of courses across the UK, we understand they won't always be convenient for every customer. Some customers choose to use the vouchers when they're travelling or enjoying a golfing break in an area where a participating course is available.
If the vouchers aren't suitable for you, we'd encourage you to get in touch with our Customer Care team. We'll be happy to discuss your circumstances and see whether an alternative, such as GreenFree vouchers, may be available.

Your offer was 18 Srixon golf ball’s for me and 12 Srixon golf ball’s for the person who recommended me . I received only 12 golf ball’s and the person who recommended me hasn’t received his yet. Is this just a con ?

I was looking for a good value golf insurance and GolfCare fits the bill. Easy to follow steps to sort out the cover and prompt service. I don't play a lot of golf and it's always in the UK but they offer various products to suit the more adventurous golfer. Would definitely recommend

On auto renew, no real customer service.
I think loyal customers should get better discounts
Had the worldwide cover but only travel abroad once a year so should have some offer for a one of travel.

Don't be Fobbed Off by Rudeness
online form won't send. Reason, apparently! It won't cover my claim. But it doesn't tell you that. And actually, it does cover my claim, but when you ring Golf Care direct, they just don't ask the right questions, so tell them!!! If you can get passed them being rude and cutting you off cos they clearly don't want to honour the insurance you pay when you are perfectly within the criteria to make a claim. I'm SO angry about this. Useless service and won't renew and I belong to a club where there's about 40 of us that won't be with this company come renewal. The insurance has no benefits year to year, ie no claims or discount etc. So we're off to Howden's Golf Insurance.
