I ordered a new Nike Sport Light Carry bag last week. The website was easy to use and it was good to get a confirmation email. Amazingly the bag arrived on a next day service even though I paid for the 2-4 days delivery service. I will definitely use Golf247 again.

I have a long history of buying from this company going back over 10 years and a few name changes. My experience is that if you are buying a quality brand such as Nike or Callaway, Oakley or Ping, you will do well to find cheaper anywhere else. However, if you buy a cheaper brand that they own themselves ie. Stowamatic or Texan Classics, the quality is awful and they are a complete false economy. Years ago I bought a Texan Classic Driver that had a dented face after about 20 shots, they replaced it with another one that also dented after about 20 shots. More recently I bought a Stowamatic trolley that lasted until it was just out of its 12 month warranty before breaking down, I was then told that it was now obsolete so was unable to be repaired. I been bought another one, an upgraded model that failed within the 12 month warranty, they did collect the trolley but found no fault, i had explained there was an intermittent fault but with no correspondence whatsoever the trolley returned and i went to use it and it failed again i couldn't get it to work consistently at all, they returned it again without any correspondence. Following several emails chasing them, a technician diagnosed the fault from my description and suggested a new control box in the handle, customer service advised that this model was now also obsolete and therefore could not be repaired either. I asked for my money back (not for the first time) or a replacement trolley but was told warranty was now out of date! I copied my original email well within the 12 month warranty but was told i had accepted the return so it had been dealt with. I pointed out that i accepted it because i thought it was fixed and that it had failed on every occasion i had tried to use it. Eventually offered a pathetic 20% discount of my next purchase. I explained if i bought another that would be somewhere approaching £600 (x 3 trolleys) ! And i could get a top of the range proper one for that! Bitterley disappointed in their short sightedness and will never use again.

Just bought a Big Max Terra 9 Cart Bag! The price was the best on the web! Delivered in 48 hours. Well packaged. Delighted with the product. It was to go with my Big Max Trolley I also bought from the company last year! The communication from the guys was great by phone or email. I will be back!

I asked a question and received an answer within the week, i bought the product and it was a great service

I ordered a new Nike hybrid, was with me the next day and I didn't even select next day delivery, faultless transaction. I will definitely use again and I will be telling all my golfing friends.

One early order I just got halve of the balls that I order and my last order made in Oktober I havent recived at all and thay are not answer my messages to them...
Was good but Now I think they are just scaming you for money!!

Dear Amazon,
Just letting you know, i've been left with no other option but to raise a dispute with my credit card company today about this order from golf247, i've still not yet recieved my goods, which were ordered exactly 6 weeks ago and payment was taken from my credit card exactly 3 weeks ago when i got an e-mail informing me, they had been dispatched. I've had no reply to my e-mails from the 3rd party seller.
I have used amazon many, many times and i have never encountered an issue such as this before. The service from Amazon has always been first class.
The only reason i bought from this 3rd party seller was because they accepted amazon payments.
In effect, they are trading on your good reputation and it is my advice to you that you contact this 3rd party seller and have them remove the amazon payments option from their website before they bring your well deserved reputation into disrepute.

I intend to review this golf247 website negatively on websites such as trustpilot and various golfing forums so that others may not have to endure this woefully inept service.

P.S. Obviously i won't be using golf247 again, But on a side note, I find it fascinating to see that after every 1 star review here at trustpilot a 5 star review pops up a few days later thus keeping Golf247 in the "trust" category. I wonder if the next few reviews after mine will state what an "amazing, 5 star service" they recieved. Golf247 must be the most bi-polar website on earth that everyone is either completely disgusted by lousy service or thrilled (allegedly) by how efficient they are. I'll let you draw your own conclusions as to whats going on here. Avoid these a##eholes like the plague.

Terrible service, still waiting 2 weeks for a umbrella holder. Can't get through to company. Number always busy.

I ordered a Motocaddy S1 electric trolley, it was delivered a couple of days later than expected. I did call the telephone number to check on progress of order and the recorded message advised to send an email. I did this and received a very prompt reply informing me that delivery would be made the following day. The item was delivered the following day as promised. The price was very reasonable given the promotional 15% discount. All in all a very good service.

Ordered battery for Motocaddy. Not delivered. Golf247 Very difficult to contact with no response to emails or telephone messages.

Cheap prices but very poor service.

tried to buy waterproof jacket last sat. transaction failed. Tried to phone several times to ask advice but only answerphone to talk to. Bought elsewhere.

Bought Driver, 3 Wood and 4 hybrid Macgregor M59s. Ordered Thurs Night and delivered Tues afternoon. Cheapest prices I could find and a 15 % discount promo. Really pleased!!! AY Scotland

I wanted a new 54 degree wedge to compliment my 50 and 60 MD wedges.
I was a bit sceptical about the black finish on the club head, but if anything it makes it easier to visualise the ball.
The wedge was fantastic value for money and I recieved 15 Pinnacle golf balls and a baseball cap as well. All for £26 including delivery.
Can I also say that this is my second purchase from Golf247 and on both occasions they have given me fantastic service and communications.

I really do not understand why you would want me to complete a survey before I have even received my purchase.
I would not like to have written a glowing review then find there is an issue.

Issues possible
1. Damage in transit
2. Wrong item delivered
3. Delivery late
4. No Delivery

I have not even had confirmation that the item has been sent.
I had a call this morning to say my loyalty points had been added to my account. 12 hours later they are still not there.
