Relatively easy starting a new account; however, the annual snail mail fee notices are bad for me. i live abroad and have mail sent to my elderly father. i prefer to do all notifications by email and letter mail regarding a bill sent will cause me problem

I have been trying to liquidate my…
I have been trying to liquidate my account since last year; mainly due to their excessive fee's. I get a runaround. They send me Docusign forms which I sign and submit and nothing gets done. All I want is them to sell my assets and cut me a check. Meanwhile the stall game costs me more fee's as they delay now for over 7 months, and now they sent me another bill.

Seamless Process
I was a bit nervous making this transition as I expected it to be really complicated however the process of transferring a regular 401K to a Precious Metals was relatively seamless and didn't take very long.

Easy
Steve Rand from Scottsdale facilitates my transfers from my other ira. Sometimes the paperwork from the transferer is difficult, but Gold Star is efficient, organized and communicates effectively by email, and mail, with updates and invoices. Easy to use.
