Ask me what went well..nothing went well...Gold's Gym is just spoiling their brand name specially a branch located near Bhumkar chowk, Time Square complex..No ethic..Bad management skills..No skilled trainers...Ahhha! Wait if you take paid trainer then it's ok they will look after you and will guide you only for 2 mont and after a certain time if you do not loose wait, they will give up! So please please do not go through their scam schemes...one of the worst Gym....After every 2 months I'm here to put review for them but they do not improve their things!😡...No Zumba or Aerobic or any Activities been scheduled by them, they take Yoga for only one day per a week...I cannot stop you guys from wasting your money but believe me all the good reviews for this location is fake.

I visited the Harrow branch with my daughter (who has a full membership), we had a great day, the gym facilities were excellent and the jacuzzi was a decent temperature. I am considering taking up a membership here myself!

Extremely poor hygiene and dirty jacuzzi
People don’t shower before entering steam rooms pool and jacuzzi as the showers always cold !!! Or out of order
Don’t trust the pool or jacuzzi as 4 years ago they had faesces floating in the jacuzzi that was reported and staff closed the jacuzzi on the day.

Excellent customer service for guest pass access

My name is Alessandro Costa, I have my membership in a Gold's Gym Hounslow for more then 6 years now. I never had any problem however in a few days ago I need to speak with the manager about one big issue with my car. The manager Mehdi was so friendly and helpful. He said that he will try to help me with everything he could, and he did. I am so glad to have such a nice manager. This make my satisfaction as a member even higher!

Gold's gym do not have a clue of customer services, classes are constantly changing teachers because they do not pay their teachers, it is dirty, swimming pool is always out or order, if you complain they do not care at all and they just give excuses.

Golds gym is the best in the area! Amazing facilities with a range of different classes to choose from. Especially a fan of the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Staff is always friendly and place is alway clean.

lawrence was amazing at helping all our family find the right joining contract for us. Very friendly.

Very disappointed with the cancelation policy. I started a new job and due to that, I needed to cancel my membership. But they said they can't cancel the membership until my agreement is over. So I have to pay for the months even if I don't go to the gym. Their cancelation policy is too silly. NOT RECOMMEND !!!

Great facilities in Hounslow. Great staff. Happy Jacuzzi is fixed and running.

Unresponsive any time you want to question your membership. I was receiving good communication from them until I mentioned I was moving and needed to cancel my membership. I have sent three emails since and received nothing in response. I would simply like to know what the next steps are. If it is not possible I would rather they told me. This is not the first time I have had communication issues with Gold’s Gym.
