Agree with all the poor rated comments. Staff at golds gym Hanwell absolutely horrrendous. No manners. And do not care .

Gold's gym is the best gym system in the world ever you brilliant staff like Lawrence and the whole team in Hounslow. I highly recommended it offer's everything you need for only £30pm.

Where do I start let's just put it this way fellow gym member developed skin condition as a result of using jacuzzi and swimming pool, can barely breath due to high chlorine content. Maggot infestation on Gym floor particularly the wet areas. This was observed during year membership. Limited facilities, struggle to get bench, single smith machine. Two squat racks, now imagine the busy period. Parking facilities is very limited you might have to wait long time to get a spot, car park used for drugs usage, pot holes everywhere. People overlook this simply because of the price, you get what you pay for I guess.

The customer service from Amandeep Kaur on Saturday morning- professional, charming, astounding! I have loved the facilities so far, and hope I don't get the issues others are raising on cancelling. But such a brilliant gym...I wish others hosting the facility would learn customer services from Amandeep! Be pleasant, no matter what time the shift...and really help...

Be careful be careful guys while singing the membership contract with gold’s gym because I am suffering to cancel my membership, the management is asking so many proof , I have told them that I am moving to Wales and I will show proof after one month because I will get my bills after one month but still they don’t understand and taking money by auto debit and the management staff is so rude and they don’t care about customer they take money by force unnecessarily you have to pay. Jacuzzi water so dirty all the time never clean even gym equipment stink a lot. Don’t take membership by auto debit be careful

Gold’s gym has great equipment open bright gyms with tanning beds and childcare for the next inclusive package to great deal but the only way you should do it you can pay for a year upfront which is what my husband and I do every single year because I’ve heard over and over again how goals gyms screws people over about membership fees in the monthly recurring Draft for your membership, so go to goals gym pay for your membership all upfront or they’re gonna get you. $650 for two people for the gym, including classes, tanning and childcare for an hour and a half every day that’s a screaming deal.

Gold Gym Harrow is nothing short of daylight robbers. The process of canceling my membership has stretched over 3 months, and Mr. Raj Shah, an employee at the Harrow gym, adds insult to injury with his rude and arrogant demeanor. As the front desk person, he lacks the basic skills to handle customers politely. Facility-wise, it's been over a month, and the Jacuzzi remains out of order, the pool water consistently cold, and to top it off, the bathroom shower has no water pressure.

Golds gym Harrow: The gym equipment is good and the classes are great the one major downside is the maintenance side when things break down it takes them ages to fix things. The jacuzzi hasn’t had hot water for coming up to 4 weeks now, and to top it off I went yesterday as well as the jacuzzi being out of order , the steam room wasn’t hot and the swimming pool also had ice cold water too so it wasn’t a great experience, the only thing that worked was the sauna which I couldn’t use because it was full as all the other things weren’t working. Would help if they had the temperature on the wall of the swimming pool so you know how hot the temperature is before you go in. They say they are trying their best to fix the jacuzzi but I’m not so sure as it can’t take so long to fix in London with so many skilled traders. Either they are trying to fix on a budget that’s why it’s not getting fixed or they are not willing to invest in the facilities to put things right once and for all. There is a lot of dissatisfaction recently amongst the members about things not working as they should and the maintenance issues and we all talk amongst ourselves about these things all because they don’t look like they are being addressed with any urgency. Someone even said jokingly they might be doing it purposely to save on the energy bills. The day everything is fixed and maintained properly then I will gladly change my review to 5 stars. I’ve been a member for a few years and everything has been great up to now. I understand that sometimes things break down but really when this happens things should be fixed quickly within days I’d even allow a week but it shouldn’t be 4 weeks and counting. Golds gym Harrow please just get to work 24-7 to get these things sorted quickly with urgency for your members.

Golds Gym Harrow: Unfortunately I have to change my rating to just 1 star. The jacuzzi does not have hot water since over 15 days now. Neither does the swimming pool have hot water. It is very difficult to swim during these cold days. The very purpose of jacuzzi is to unwind, but it is highly disappointing to note that hardly any actions are being taken. Heard today through grapevine that they need a very big overhaul and that the management is reluctant to invest. I do not recommend to join. Don't waste your money here. Also, they publicly mention to leave a 5 star review and get a guest pass worth £15 free. Please don't be short sighted and read the 5 star reviews with a pinch of salt.

I am very pleased with the manager of the gym's Gold Hounslow Mr Lawrence Dsouza. He is a very helpful person. This gym is valuable for the money. The facilities of the gymnasium are superb. The sauna steam spa and swimming pool area were very clean and tidy. The workout for weight lifting and running machines area is very clean & always kept tidy and great facilities. It is valuable for money. I want to recommend the Gold Gym is an excellent choice for everyone. Please have a join and enjoy all the facilities.

The gym has got excellent facilities with active members of staff maintaining the area at their best. There a lot of equipment's and wide variety of machines to do your work out. Overall, it has got the best resources and facilities.

Gold gym Hanwell is rubbish gym given very poor services plus they cheat people members ship second no cleaning too much smell in gym plus due to use gym shower I got finger infections I cancel my member ship with in 2 days when I need money back and given resin they took extra money and they call me and said we can’t do anything do what you will do this is poor customer services poor gym porn management
