I had a gold bracelet that belonged to my grandmother. Had already taken to another jeweller who twice made mistake just to fix a safety change and clasp and chain came back twisted and clasp upside down!) So I decided to see if Gold Arts could fix - the customer service was friendly and efficient. They called me when my bracelet was ready to collect. AND most importantly the person who did the repair sorted it. It did cost me £50. I was fine as all I cared about at this point was someone who knew what they were doing.

Phoned first. Got there buzzed and was left with my daughter standing outside on a cold wet windy day. Finally they let us in after buzzing again and no acknowledgement at all. No hello, be with you shortly, sorry for the wait. Not even a smile! We asked to be let out! Was going to make a big purchase but took our business elsewhere. Why do some businesses employ staff that have zero customer service?

Took my late father’s ring in to have it re-sized to fit me. The result was amazing and fitted perfectly for a very reasonable price. They also polished an existing ring for free.

Will definitely go back for any jewellery alterations

I ordered a little enamel and silver puffin necklace as a gift for a friend's 60th birthday. The necklace is delightful and beautifully crafted. The item was swiftly dispatched after I made an enquiry. My emails were answered promptly. The recipient was thrilled with the gift. A lovely item from a family business which offers great customer service.

I took a very precious ring of mine to get re-sized to Gold Arts in Chichester . They are all so helpful and friendly in there , it’s a welcoming atmosphere . They said the ring would be 2 weeks but I got a call after just over a week to say it was ready. The ring itself is like brand new, shiny and sized to perfection . Thank you
