Thank you so much to the whole team at Go Green who helped me get home alone after a few too many wines, and the lovely driver who picked up my purse off the road when I dropped it. Purse returned with all cash and card still inside! Excellent service as always.

Booked one for a distance of 4.5 miles and the charges were £15
Total rip off and no metre.

Amazing service, quick, efficient and the drivers are so friendly. In these times the vehicles are COVID safe too, with perspex between the front and back seats. I will be using this taxi company again

My driver was 40 mins late, unapologetic, rude to my wife, couldn’t see properly in the dark and should never been on the road. I felt unsafe throughout the journey from London to Oxford. And he nearly caused an accident on the way. A shocking experience at a cost of £118.

Would like to give 0 stars but it’s not possible! Terrible service - have regularly booked taxis to collect me from my train and they haven’t turned up so I have ended up cancelling and taking one from the rank. Then today I booked a taxi to take me to catch a train and the driver showed up 10 minutes late - not great when you’re on a tight schedule and got up before 6am to be on time! No apology or acknowledgment that she was late (and when I called the control centre they just said she’s on her way and it’s just due to traffic in a very grumpy way, like I was an inconvenience to them!) and when in the car she asked what time my train was and said she doesn’t think we will get there in time! Again, no apology or acknowledgment that this is her fault! I asked what was going on - if the traffic was particularly bad or something - and she said she didn’t know as she had just started! So no excuse for being late to pick me up!!! I am now concerned about missing my train as they are not regular and I can’t miss meetings with clients! DO NOT USE THIS TAXI COMPANY!

My driver waited on wrong Rd despite me giving address. After he called I directed him to me. Lovely guy. Polite and chatty.
At the end of my journey he asked me for way too much money. Almost double what I regularly pay for same journey. He called his controller. I explained the issue.
The reply I got was on the edge of rude.
I won't be booking the most expensive taxi in Oxford again. £6 OVER EVERY OTHER LOCAL FIRM FOR A 3 MILE JOURNEY.

I am extremely disappointed. Requested GoGreen to do an airport pickup for a foreign friend of mine, but driver held up no name card so failed to pick the person up despite speaking with them!!
Confusion was then sorted and driver returned (was twenty minutes away by then).
GoGreen receptionist implied it was my fault for not asking them to hold up a name card. So I got charged twice. Would not use them again because of the rude receptionist.

30 mins late for an airport drop. No good reasons
Book this outfit if you like your travel plans falling apart.

Unreliable. Never certain that taxis will turn up on time and their call centre give inaccurate information. Won’t be using again.

Great service,and they have got good drivers.
Use them few times,never let me down.

I paid nearly double for the journey I usually take! Paid £21.80 for a trip that usually cost £10-£12 with different companies.When I asked the driver to why there’s such a big jump in price his explanation was that it is because it is a Sunday?! It was a 6.3 mile trip... Imagine....

On top of that the car was dirty- mud on the back of the seats and not hoovered. Certainly not up to any standards.
I do not recommend this to any one, and I will never use this service again.

Hi Green. £55 from Goring to Abingdon. Turned off to Chilton before coming down A34 to Abingdon. Driver clueless, just said it’s what Google Maps said. No knowledge of the area. They are rubbish. Also we did not know they were coming, it was a local firm that passed on the fare. They are dreadful - don’t use them.

Using drivers that do not know the area. Sending cars from Didcot to cover a 1 mile trip in Newbury! Using E Class Mercs to cover short distance work around town! This company sells itself as the taxi company that doesn’t cost the earth. Ridiculous!

Called this morning to book a cab for my husband so he ask me for flight number obviously I’m checking my email to see if there’s one for some reason he was asking me question and I cannot see my emails on my phone n talk at thé same time to make it worse I was at the supermarket and all of sudden he start shouting at me!!! I didn’t like it my Monday morning was crapp! They just employ horrible ppl

would NOT recommend using this taxi service. Every time I have used Go Green there has been an issue: either the taxi is late ( and you are not even warned ) or the taxi driver has been over worked and is tired. I have even been left stranded at the airport for an hour, because my taxi did not show up. Worth spending a bit more for a better taxi service.
