The only charter bus company that answered my call at 5 AM in New York was GOGO charters. They were instant at booking the bus and provided all the required documents to me via email which was great. Clean bus and Joe the driver was excellent

So happy I came across GOGO after our bus company dropped us the day before our trip. GOGO was professional and very affordable so highly recommend them

Our trip with GOGO charters went as planned without any issues. Called them earlier to book a bus, got a quote with in 2 minutes which I was able to book online later on once I had a chance to review it in detail. The bus was 15 minutes early and the driver Mike reviewed the entire itinerary for the day with me before we departed. Everything was great and we had zero issues so highly recommend them

I had schedule a bus to pick up our band at 10am in Sherbrooke to travel to perform at the Jazz Festival in Montreal that same day. We needed to be in Montreal by 1:00 to get set up and perform. I called to confirm the night before and again that morning and the company said the driver was on their way and all was good to go. At 10am when the bus didn't arrive I called again and they said their was an accident on the freeway and the bus would be delayed 45min. At 11:00 I called again and they said that the bus was now arriving around noon. It was apparent now that the bus had not even left Montreal until i called at 10am and was on its way now. After multiple calls and continued lies about the arrival of the bus it finally showed up at 12:30 - 2 1/2 hours after it was suppose to pick us up. I asked the driver what happened and he said he got a call just after 10am and left Montreal after 10:30. When i called back the company they were very sorry and told me to call customer service on Monday to get a full refund. We were charged just over $1,200 for the trip. i called first thing Monday and the person pulled up our file with the complete details of what happened. She asked if i was looking for a full refund and I said yes please as we got to our show so last we had to bring in extra crew to get us ready for the show - which we had to pay for. Besides the stress this put on all of us - we were not even close to being ready for the show. She had to talk to someone to confirm our refund and when she returned she offered us $260 - and that was final - take it or leave it. I was in shock. I complained again and she basically said "too bad" end of conversation. She said i couldn't talk to anyone else and if i did take the offer the conversation was over. I have NEVER been treated that way and have contracted many busses for our band in the past with other bus companies around the world. I was sick to my stomach and was shocked. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would advise anyone to look at any other option before you contract this so call professional business.

Before securing the booking they have good communication, once booked and paid the deposit you can see that it's not the same and what was disappointed was NO support on the day of the event.
1. Bus was not smelling right, smell like urine.
2. Driver Was on Time both on 1st day pick up and 2nd on the return.
3. Once arrived to destination the driver was requesting a room to stay and tip to almost every single passenger causing confusion since they had nothing to do with the coordination, they are guests. (tip was already ppd to gogo charters) he was trying to see if was going to be able to get a room from us for free.
4. I called and they said they were going to call back, it never happened.
5. Left voicemail on the answering machine were they specifically say that they check every 30 minutes and call was going to be returned. Never got the call back.
6. Sent Email advising bad smell on the bus, they replied, sorry we will try to send a different one for the pick up. And this was the last time I heard from them. No follow, no email replying or letting me know update if they were going to be able to send a new bus.

If you are an event planner as I'am, you know the importance of communication with your vendors and expect a specific quality of service on their products in this case their bus and when you are trying to solve an issue if you get no response from the vendor you automatically look bad to your customer. So please be aware.

We anticipated a nice trip using GOGO and they actually did even better. They called me day before and provided all driver info and helped review the itinerary for trip. The bus showed up on time and was great!

I hope no other school has to experience what we went through. I see that recently they have done this to several schools. We had 60 students sitting on a sidewalk at 5:00 AM waiting on a bus to take us on a field trip. They did not show up. We paid in advanced. They abandoned our children and broke their hearts. This is not how business is conducted. They lied about bus issues because it turns out they did not have drivers. They knew they had this problem way in advance. Please if you are a school look for a different company to use.

Well I booked a trip using GOGO charters as our provider. I was happy with the service because I felt that the price point was great and their vehicles were clean and the driver was incredible nice and professional which I couldn’t ask for more! Highly highly recommend them 5 stars all around

I have been working with Gogo Charters for a year now and my experience so far has been fantastic.

I enjoy the punctuality and and customer service that Gogo offers to its customers.

If I have an issue and need immoderate attention they are typically very responsive. While booking with other companies I haven’t received the same customer quality of service.

Not everyone might have the same experience and it may be that some issues are easier to resolve but I have been so pleased with them.

I booked GoGo Charters to charter our employees from multiple locations in Los Angeles to our annual employee appreciation party in Fillmore, CA about an hour and a half away. I asked for a 2pm pick up in Echo Park, a 2pm pick up in Culver City, a 4pm pick up in Echo Park and a 4pm pick up in Culver City. I also asked for return trips from Fillmore to the original destinations at both 8 and 10pm for each location at a cost of $3090. The first driver left a half hour late and the second driver 45 minutes late. When the first driver arrived I was getting calls that no busses were showing up for the 4pm trips. I called GoGo Charters and they informed me that they had booked the same drivers to pick up passengers at 2 and 4pm even though it was logistically impossible (it would take 3 hours to drive from LA to Fillmore and back on a charter bus). When I notified the drivers, they said they did not work for GoGo and that they had been outsourced and were never informed of any schedule or additional pick ups at the original locations. The drivers both stayed at the party and never returned to pick up even after a GoGo rep said they would call the drivers to 'fix the situation'. I ended up having to pay $400 to uber the rest of my employees to the event after they had been waiting nearly 2 hours for a ride. As you can imagine at this point I was struggling to figure out the return trips as Gogo Charters failed to look at a map and realize that it would be impossible for one bus to make both trips, and as guessed, they did not. Each driver only made one return trip. I sent a detailed account of my experience on 4/24 to Erika O at Gogo customer service per her request. When I received a call from Erika O later, I was surprised to hear her say that 'unfortunately there is nothing we can do for you'. She even got my account manager Joe on the phone who said I specifically asked for one driver to make both trips going on to say they have phone recordings of all conversations as proof. When I asked for proof of these conversations Erika said 'I'm sorry there is nothing else I can do for you' and hung up on me. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I scheduled transportation for 117 middle school students with Gogo Charters. I sent the money, received confirmation, etc. Two weeks later - the night before the event - they contacted me and said they did not have any drivers available that were certified, and they canceled their service. It was too late to find other transport. It was clear that they overbooked. 117 disappointed middle schoolers. I wish I had the words to explain the disappointment, cost, inconvenience and paperwork they caused by canceling our event.

I called GOGO Charters for a quote on a charter bus. They were very fast at setting up the charter and sending out the quote to me. The price was exactly where my budget was. I was very happy with the experience.
