If I could give the service a zero I would. One of your other reviews had the same problem. They don’t tie things down when placing in the trailer. Additionally no blankets were used. The taped directly to the wood. Left shelves inside so they banged around when tipped sideways. My move started in Orlando and I was relocating to Annapolis. I paid for a full service move, they came with no boxes, tape, blankets nothing. The driver stated this happens all the time. Then one would think the driver would check. We waited 90 minutes for supplies which they didn’t bring enough. Then my friends came brought more supplies and packed the items. One of the persons on the Orlando team said we are not trained to pack we just come to load. They took no accountability for when the power box to my adjustable bed was not secured inside the bed. The driver told he taped inside. Well when we got to Maryland. Guess what no power box. I am handicapped and rely upon that bed to lift me up so I can get out of the bed. That night I had to spend another 900 dollars to buy a new one. The best part when I submitted the claim it takes 7-10 days. Then they come back with a ridiculous offer. They stood on the ground of their insurance policy that you signed electronically. No one covered insurance nothing. We didn’t need ten days for that offer. I would say do not use go flex!!!

I would absolutely give Timothy, Antonio, and Ty FIVE STARS! These gentlemen did an outstanding job with my move today. From beginning to end, they were professional, courteous, hardworking, careful, and respectful of my belongings.

Antonio served as the lead mover, and he definitely did his thing! He kept everything organized and moving smoothly, while Timothy and Ty worked right alongside him as a great team. All three gentlemen demonstrated an excellent work ethic and took their time to make sure my belongings were handled properly rather than rushing through the job.

I especially appreciated the care they took with my furniture. They made sure everything that needed protection was properly shrink-wrapped, and they carefully took apart my dressers and other furniture that needed to be disassembled. Everything was wrapped and protected before being moved, which gave me tremendous peace of mind.

Moving can be stressful, but having a professional team that actually cares about your belongings makes such a difference. These gentlemen were pleasant, efficient, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

I am very pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend Timothy, Antonio, and Ty to anyone looking for a dependable and professional moving team. Thank you, gentlemen, for your hard work and for helping make my move a successful one!

This was my worst experience ever. I am 70 and live alone, I had to move and trusted the fake reviews. Besides not showing up until 12:00 when I was told 9 they did nothing but talk for the first hour or so. Then it became move a piece talk for half an hour. Weather called for late showers which should not have been a problem. They put my couch on the bed of the pickup truck. When we left the house I was in I arrived at my house 2 hours before them, it is a 1 hour drive. The couch arrived soaking wet, it was electric recline, the parts are missing. Then they call me to the trailer, one of my dressers was a pile of broken wood. The second dresser was destroyed when 1 of then said I bet you $10 you can't carry that in by yourself, he did then he slammed it on the floor destroying dresser and scratching floor in my brand new house. I had a very expensive dining room set that they scratches and scarred. In a closet where they put my safe they gouged a big hole in my new floor.
There are scratches on other things that don't bother me as much. I filled the forms that Flex told me to use, many pictures and descriptions, the just offered me $10. I obviously need to now hire a lawyer just to make things right.
Bottom line don't use Flex as the do no do any vetting of the people they send you, also have no ethics.

Extremely poor treatment of service providers. I was dispatched for a job, completed the transit, and reported on-site, only for management to cancel the assignment mid-way due to their own internal booking error. Despite following all direct management orders and providing proof, the company short-paid me by over 60% of my agreed rate, Support has ghosted my emails and refused to honor the contract. If you work on this platform, be aware that they can arbitrarily cut your pay due to their own internal mistakes and refuse to make it right

Roberto and Adam were extremely professional and helpful. I received a call the day before and they told me what to expect the day of the move. They arrived on time, handled my things with great care. They set everything up exactly as I asked and even fixed the legs on a chair that were put on incorrectly. I would definitely recommend them.
I received a follow up call to ensure that the move went smoothly. No hidden surprises with the final invoice.

I had a great experience, The movers did an awesome job and I would use flex again and would recommend you to my friends and family.

Worked more than expected, made additional trips, and still got paid less than the original offer. When I disputed it, Flex spent nearly two weeks giving canned “internal escalation” responses with no transparent grievance process or real decision-maker.

How can you have a contractor sign up for a job (5 hours for 166…22 per hour plus 1 transportation) to performing the job for 13 hours and getting paid 146…the contract was changed AFTER the job.

The amount was under $100. The bigger issue was trust, transparency, and accountability. I would not recommend working through Flex Marketplace.

Used flex to move items from home to storage in July 2026. Guys showed up worked hard but they did not use straps or moving blankets so your belonging just fly around back of long trailer. They broke and damage belongs worth money we filed a claim and they are only willing to pay$190 would not use

The price for quality was amazing! Super easy to navigate and they were professional and careful with all my valuable furniture

The entire process was disorganized, having to call multiple times to get details and times straightened out. The initial movers were unprepared with moving materials but we packed the majority of items. Then while unpacking multiple items were destroyed, damaged, discolored, even rust on perfectly good items. Got feedback from customer service they are not responsible for any of the damages. So I’m guessing I’m not responsible to pay then!
Pay the extra money for a reputable moving company and avoid the hassle.

We were moving my aunt from 1 Assisted living to another. The gentle men how helped us were phenomenal. Knowledgable patient and caring. I would hire them in a minute

Easy booking. Smooth experience.

The two guys came out and were super friendly. They asked before touching anything, super respectful and good-natured. Got things done quick even though the fridge took a little more work than expected. Super nice guys and scheduling was easy. They were on time and got it done quick!

BEWARE!! Scam like service. Moving labor only requires your credit card info and a $150 deposit They give you an estimate and will bill that amount regardless of how many workers arrive and work
We had 2 of 3 guys show up on time and waited an hour for 3rd They spoke with their manager and after she assured me we would only be billed for 2 I agreed to have them start
Don’t trust anyone you speak with. There are 3 separate groups and they can only communicate via messages with each other. Sales makes you think it’s a professional moving company. However the labor folks depend on an app for selecting jobs and there is not a team with a leader working for you but individuals who meet at your job. Customer support answers the phone but can only take your information and message it to the Labor manager or billing. Billing ONLY communicates via email AND if you reply to that email a different billing rep receives it
I have sent many emails that have never been answered

Joel and the moving team made such a big difference. They’re the fastest and most efficient team, while taking excellent care of my fragile items. I would never use another service after them!

Great company and great workers. They were able to accommodate a last minute move easily.

I would recommend to anyone considering a move

Have done several moves in the last 10 years but never had such a traumatic experience. I booked flex for full service move with 4 people, only 2 turned and then 3rd person joined later, 4th never came.
1. They damaged my floors, no protection was used.
2. There was only one active person, the second guy had heart issues and could not loft any weight. The person only spoke in Spanish that I can't speak so it was all translated on mobile. Kept calling their call center who kept saying area manager will call, who did not call until 11pm at night
3. They got a small trailer in spote of knowing my requirements.
4. They could only complete 30% of move, left all the stuff in my last house that I had to vacate next day. At night, 11pm Area Manager called and said we will do it tomorrow morning. At 10am on Saturday, the manager called and said sorry we have no staff, so we give up and I will have to get new movers. Being a month end, left me with no choice, finally I had to pay double the amount and hire people and take a U haul to do the move myself.
5. Whatever was moved, 90% of stuff is damaged.
6. Claim team is unresponsive and they have a strange policy to pay by the weight, they offered me after one and a half month off r r of just $400 that does not even cover the cost of a single item they damaged.
7. I have reported and contested the claim, now it is 2 months and they dont have it resolved.

I never like to write bad reviews about especially small size business but I have never such a bad experience and finally decided to write it so people dont fall in their trap.
This is very unresponsive, poor customer service and mismanaged company.
PLEASE DONT USE THEM, YOU WILL HAVE SAME EXPREINCE HIGHLY NOT REXOMMENDED

The experience with Flex was AMAZING! The movers were friendly and hardworking. I would use FLEX again for my moving needs.

My movers were amazing - Omar and Akeem. They did a phenomenal job loading and unloading all our stuff. They took great care to wrap certain items and ensure nothing was damaged.
