I used GoCare insurance for my phone. When my phone was broken GoCare took care of it. I called and the customer service representative took immediate care of me.

GoCare has been a dependable service for my son's iPad. The policy is clear and every call made to GoCare was with a professional response.

I actually had my iPhone replaced by Apple for what they determined to be a manufacturing error. I never updated my policy with GoCare and wonder what would have happened if my replacement iPhone needed warranty service. Would it have even been accepted since it has a different serial number? Hmmm.

GoCare has been very responsive and proactive to make sure coverage is complete.

I hope I never have to use this service, but it's nice to have GoCare there. They have comprehensive plans at very competitive prices.

My daughter's ipad was damaged, twice, and each time GOCARE took great care of us. The ipad was repaired perfectly and returned to us much faster than I had expected.

It is great to feel protected, especially with these dang phones sooo expensive now!

This was a great insurance for my phones. We had to pay up front but we saved money on monthly costs that we would have been paying through our carrier. It also gave us coverage that isn't offered through the carrier which was nice. Fortunately for me I never had to make a claim, thus the reason for the 4 stars. If I had made a claim and everything would have went as smoothly as they say it will, they would be a 5 star rating for sure. I'm sure that others that have had to make a claim have found it to be simple and easy. If they could change one thing it would be to offer monthly payment plans while still offering the same great coverage that they do. I fully understand why they don't but if they were able to ever offer something like that they would be the best phone insurance out there.

I had protected my iPhone 5s, but when I bought the iPhone 6 - I kept my iPhone 5s protected and gave it to my wife. Then, I protected my new phone and the 5s and 5c for each of my kids. It feels like a weight has been lifted. I no longer anticipate the "Dad, I just broke my phone" conversation. If it happens, it happens. We've got GoCare!

You can get this for so cheap, it's a no brainer. They have no limits, only a $50 deductible, and will protect any working phone, not just new ones.

They have been great to work with. I called with questions, a nice person helped me and honestly told me they needed to check on my question. They put me on hold, and then got back to me in a jiffy. They had my answer and helped me over the phone. I love good customer service, it is refreezing to work with a company that still offers you a real person who is kind and smart!

I am really impressed by the price of insurance for my children's cromebooks. It is the best way to go. I also think Nicole in customer service was helpful and quick to get back to me.

I have used GoCare instead of insurance plans with carriers because the cost is much more reasonable. My one time using the service, my device was repaired and returned to me promptly.

When I first tried to purchase the insurance, the website wasn't ready for our school. That was corrected the next day.

Since we have not as yet files a claim, and hope we never need to, we can not comment further on the quality of the company.

This is my 2nd year with GoCare and I have nothing to say but good things! Three claims and well worth it!!!!!
